Excellent service quality, punctuality, responsiveness. Came when he said he would, did what he said he would, charged what he said he would. Followed up by phone day after work completed just to verify everything in good order. Very good work at a fair price. Will definitely use again.

I called Jeff Garrison late on a Tuesday afternoon. I had tried to start my car earlier, and the motor would not turn over. I did some preliminary checks and determined that it was probably the battery that had failed. Mr Garrison gave me a quote over the phone based on the assumption that it was the battery. We scheduled an appointment for 1st thing Wednesday morning. He arrived as scheduled, verified the problem was the battery, purchased a new battery for me and completed the job in a timely, professional manner. I am sharing his business card with my neighbors.

Took a big problem and made it go away quickly with a smile!! I own a 2005 Texan tailgate Hummer. Less than 24 hours to The big game and Jeff cam e to the rescue! I could not be more thankful for the great job and he even found a few other potential problems and fixed those at no charge!!!

The car is a 2003 Buick with over 100,000 miles. It would start fine when cold, but after driving, it wouldn't start back up. Jeff said it would require a new gasket on the manifold and some other things which I didn't really understand, but the bottom line was that I needed another car. Bad news, but better than having a shop not telling you the truth and spending a lot of money to fix an old car.

Mr. Garrison is a mobile mechanic. I called Mr. Garrison on the 13th of December and he answered immediatly and we discussed a time that would work for us both, we agreed on the 15th of December. He arrived promply at the agreed time. We talked about the problem and the cost, I was very impressed by his determination not to put anything on the van that it did not need. There was no wasted motion on his part. He completed the repairs in a reasonable amount of time. I was very satisfied with the cost.

Everything went good. He went and got the parts they have and he helped in getting it all done. It was very quick. He's very polite and easy to work with. It's really convenient.

Called Mr. Garrison late one evening and he came out first thing in the morning. He not only gaves us an estimate, went and got the parts, repaired it and then he fixed a few minor things that had nothing to do with the problem and made suggestions about things we might want to look into or at least keep an eye on. He was done within 2 hours. He went above and beyond the job we asked him to do. Everything works great; it is fixed and we have had no problems with that system since. He has done work for us before and his repairs have been spot on perfect. He is a great mechanic. His prices have always been reasonable and when he fixes it, it's fixed. We also don't have to take the car to him, he comes to us! He has even come to my husbands work to repair his car. The car is a 1997 Chevy Lumina.
