Small Appliance Repair
Warranty company chose this appliance repair to fix my microwave. Set up estimate through warranty (deductible 100 dollars), tried to call Bacliff several times over the next few days to set up appointment to fix my appliance, could not get a hold of anyone. Also left several messages and none were returned.
Called my warranty company to give provide another repairman and they tried to call them and they got them instantly (Bacliff phone line has two separate choices for callers, one for regular customers, one for warranty personnel).
Finally, set up appointment, they came and fixed the appliance no problem. However, they were 1.5 hours late for appt and never called to let me know they are going to be late.
