The painter took my call quickly and came by to give an estimate for painting my interior walls. Their prices were very good and they explained their work guarantee and assured me they would do a good job. The painting was scheduled as soon as we agreed on a day and the painters showed up on time. They covered the furniture and moved it as they painted and used drop cloths on the floor. As they finished each room, they moved the furniture back carefully and removed the drop cloths and cleaned up the mess. They were especially careful moving the furniture so they wouldn't scratch the walls. They did a real good job, and left the house in tiptop shape.

Bay Area Roofing took my call quickly and stopped by to give me an estimate. Their prices were very reasonable and they were able to explain the different grades of shingles and their warranties. The installation was scheduled as soon as the shingles were available and the roofers were on time. They placed the new shingles over the old ones because there was only one layer of them. They cleaned up all the mess and left the yard immaculate.
