Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Azle

I actually began to look forward to my weekly appointments.  Dr Bentley and his staff seemed genuinely concerned for my injury.  I always had to schedule my appointments early due to my unusual work schedule.  They cooperated as much as possible.  Waiting was never an issue.  They always greeted me by name and I never had to wait more than a few minutes before going to the treatment room.  Temperature, BP check, etc.  They treated my injury efficiently and always with a sense of humor.  Rhonda, one of the nurses, is a riot!  Everyone there was wonderful, professional and concerned for their patients. 
I have what is considered "good" insurance.  My only quibble is with the hospital's billing.  That's what flex spending is for.....

The staff there was very nice, friendly and helpful. It is an old hospital and there was nothing fancy about it and I was not impressed with their equipment. The food was awful but overall, I was satisfied with their service.

The facility is very good. We have gone there on emergencies and we have been able to get in right through. It?s very easy to get in and they make everything easy. They are very quick.
