We were told by our builder to tell G & T the details of the cabinets for our home. Decisions with one on the cabinet shop owners were made, and we assumed that our specifications would be honored. After the cabinets were installed, flaws were discovered. One was the ironing board was not installed in the wall. They said that the builder told them not to do it. Some of the cabinet doors are misaligned. One bathroom cabinet door had a hole all the way through the door. Some of the adjustable shelves in the cabinets are not level. They rock up and down. One of the flip down trays broke withing a month. Another flip down tray was bent. The cabinet in the laundry room is lower on one side. We called the company many months ago and they said that we would have to call the builder before they would do anything. Our builder was not into quality control. He just wanted to be finished with the process. We had legal issues with the builder so we could not talk to him about any sub contractors.
