These guys are awesome to work with. Honesty and integrity go a long way with me. I was told there would be a minimum amount of money due for the initial visit. the problems I was having with my generator stumped the technician. He tinkered with it and actually got the thing kinda working. Because it was not 100% fixed, Generator Authority left me a voice message saying they would not charge me. How's that for professionalism?

The company wouldnâ t give me a warranty I have call over and over and they keep lying to me I paid them $7250 to replace a breaker box and and so wiring inside my home now my lights blinking when my air conditioner comes on and I cannot get them to come out to fix itâ -Janet Mitchell

Great experience from start to finish. Hired them to to install a new electric line for a pool heater. Very fair price, the guys were on time and very professional.

This is a very great company to work with and they value customer service. The staff was great and very knowledgeable. In addition, they guarantee their work for a year. There was not any high pressure sales either. I will continue to hire this business for all of my future electrician needs.

Please read all of this . I don't know where to start but , these guys went above and beyond to install our 22kw generac generator on our house in a time of need . Unfortunately I am having some heart issues that put me in and out of the emergency room this last couple weeks which is not a good situation at all along with the pandemic going on its hard for me to get the proper medical treatment and medication I need. I have some medical equipment I need at the house to stay running so we decided to get a generator from generac to supply the house in case we lost power with everything going on . We ended up hiring this company after the owner came out to give us a estimate. I could barely walk that day and was not in good shape . He was more concerned about my health then getting more business for him which meant alot to me . After that he gave me a price and I explained what my situation was and I depended on having it installed asap . WES and his wife went well out of their way to get this installed even moved their schedule around to make it happen the day after receiving my generator and stayed all day to do it . The workers that came by where very polite and professional I could not Express how grateful me and my family is to their whole team . These guys are truly good guys . I apologize for making this to long of a review or going on and on but , even while I am laying down not doing well at all in is definitely one of the hardest times of my life . I wanted and my family wanted to Express our appreciation for everything they did for us when most wouldn't go out of there way . They did and I won't foget that even after I get through this . Thanks again !!

Great service and very quick and thorough!

If I could describe Quantum Unlimited in one word, it would be "average". I saw that they were one of the top rated contractors on HomeAdvisor and when I called them for a consultation, Wes was very friendly and knowledgeable, as are Alex and the others, but unfortunately that's pretty much the high point of the entire experience. I was promised the job would take between 4 to 6 days. We're currently sitting on day 11 and that's not going to be the final day. I get it, the average contractor is slow, but what irks me more than anything is the downright comical lack of communication. I've had to badger them with calls on an almost daily basis to get any kind of information whatsoever. And the most common question I've had to ask is "Where is everyone?". And more than once I've heard that no one will be over at my place because they have another job. Did I mention I have been without power since this whole thing started? I'll admit that I rarely work with contractors but I did not think they would require this much adult supervision. I can't even say that I see the end of this project because City inspectors came out and failed their work. What was their response? "Oh someone will probably be out in two days to fix whatever they complained about.". I really hope they read this review and try to come up with some half-***** explanation as to why they can't or won't handle all the projects that they've been given and how that somehow excuses them for biting off more than they can chew. In the meantime, I would like to thank my friends for letting me leech off their chargers so I can keep my phone alive, Chargepoint for their reasonable EV recharge prices per hour, and the IRS who managed to get my rather complicated tax return put in order and a nice refund deposited in my account long before Quantum got even close to finishing, despite both projects starting on the same day.

I like how polite and respectful the family owned business is. They are eager to make you feel taken care of and make sure the work quality is up to your expectations before leaving. They are patent and don t mind the home owner asking questions so that everyone is better informed which for me, added a new layer of understanding for the skill and what these guys have to deal with everyday on the job. They clean up any mess they make and They are gonna be my go to guys in the future. Good job guys and thanks so much!!
