I am very pleased with them. They have continued the good customer service. Our mortgage is also there now. I have no trouble in keeping my account balance. They are accurate. It is right down the road, I can go talk to them if I wanted to. The local branch is very reachable. We've also put our retirement account there now. The online is very easy to use.

When I moved here, I asked a friend of mine for a recommendation for a small bank where the staff was friendly and stable. I wanted to get to know the staff. She recommended this bank. I have been with them for 10 years. I have been very pleased with them. They call me when there is suspicious activity to make sure there is no issues. They are very friendly and helpful. I really like the people that work there. I am sure they probably have fees but I don't incur any. The ones I have seen are very reasonable. The responsiveness is very good. They will call me right back if I need them too. I have my checking, my IRAs and my savings accounts there.
