This was my first time not going with one of the big name brand companies to work on my heating system. I was extremely impressed with Monument. Going forward this will be my recommendation for anyone looking to have repairs done.

To begin with, monument heat and air was the most trusting and honest company to come out and diagnose my system. Not only that, but the gentleman that came out to quote me came in WAY UNDER what competitors were quoting. He was able to tell me exactly what part needed to be replaced at a reasonable price and have it taken care of within hours!!! To be able to show me what single part needed to be replaced rather than trying to sell me on an entire brand new system within minutes of showing up to my house really meant a lot on where this company stands with its customers!!!

David came out to check on our system during the freezing temps, he was able to get it back up and running in an efficient, timely manner! He was able to spot other issues that could be a problem, he gave us multiple options that were easy to understand this experience went very smooth that I don’t get from anywhere else. Monument Heating and Air is now my go to for my HVAC needs!
