Steve gutted and remodeled my bathroom. He took a lot of time to listen to what I wanted and then clearly explained what was possible with the construction. The quality of his work and of the materials he used was outstanding. I have and would recommend him to everyone. Sandy

The best, most professional, and nicest contractor I've ever worked with. Great recommendations, always on time, cleans up after his projects and extremely versatile. He can do any job you need. Always responsive and responsible. Would, and do, hire him repeatedly.

15 minutes before the end of the appointment window, I called and left a voicemail, checking on the status. When "Steve" returned my call, he was unprofessional and dismissive while telling me that he'd "cancelled that appointment" — which me had not, I had just received a confirmation email at 11pm the previous night with his name, photo and phone number. His reason for supposedly cancelling the appointment was that he hadn't properly read the description when he accepted the project... seriously? So once he actually read the accepted project, he says he doesn't actually do that, do he cancelled. Again, very dismissive, uncaring, and he almost seemed annoyed that I'd even called him about a job that was beneath him. He never called me, emailed me, or tried to contact me at all. He simply never showed up. I called Amazon and they said that the project was indeed still active, and they sent another professional over the same day. When I mentioned to Steve that I didn't appreciate the lack of communication or professionalism, and that I'd mention it on his Amazon review, his comment was, "I've been in business a long time, and one little review won't hurt me. Do your worst." Then he continued to tell me that because he'd never done an actual project for me that my opinion of his "services" doesn't matter. Well Steve, one little review may not hurt you. But I'm going to warn others as best I can anyway. Hire someone else. This man is dishonest, and has no concept of manners or professionalism. I'm disappointed that Amazon would choose to do business with a provider this poor.

Ever thing went very smoothly , we made some alterations to the plans and Steve preformed wonderfully even in time restraints and changes. I love my new pool and Steve is the best contractor we ever worked with. Although he works alone except for a few subs for the electrical and plumbing he is very efficient and patient. I highly recommend Mitts Construction they can do anything related to construction. We have on going projects and Steve is the only company we will ever use.
