+ -1 moreTHE MAN KNOWS HIS BUSINESS BUT HE'S A CHEAT. HE DIDN'T FINISH THE WORK. HE WAS REALLY GOOD UNTIL I PAID HIM, AND NOW HE DOESN'T ANSWER HIS PHONE.
Description of Work: He started a job pouring a slab for a utility building, and adding on to my slab for the patio.
