After many years of faithful service handling our property management (approximately 13 years), I am sad to say that Mr. Erter has greatly disappointed me with his complete lack of customer service. It appears that Mr. Erter is too busy to pick up the phone and call a long time customer. Upon receiving a new agreement in the mail (twice), and then an email requesting I return the agreement, I requested a phone call from Mr. Erter to discuss. He refused to call me and instead ignored me the first time and then sent a rude and condescending email telling me that if I wanted to talk with him, I would have to call him. Needless to say, he gladly accepted my termination of services. Sad way to end a 13 year relationship.
