Dan was on time for the estimate, was very thorough, and explained my options. I chose to go with the higher quality window, to match the other windows in the house. I did not have to pay a deposit before he ordered the window. He called me a week after ordering the window, to give me an update. The window arrived on Wednesday, and Dan was at my house on Thursday to install it. It took a little over two hours from start to finish. They cleaned up after themselves, and did a great job. I love the new window!
