Tina was very courteous and came out to the house to provide a free estimate. She was respectful of specific ways I preferred the house cleaned and was able to set up cleaning times quickly for me as I was expecting company later that week. When she arrived, she came with all of her own cleaning supplies which was very nice because many reviews of other housecleaners mentioned that the clients had to purchase cleaning products and I was not physically capable of making it to the store for those things. She worked quickly and efficiently, most times with an assistant. I felt like she did a great job cleaning the house, removing some lime stains that I had been tackling with for awhile. The house always looks great after she's done and I would recommend her services to others in the future. She is able to coordinate cleaning times through text messages which is super convenient for me and very service-friendly; I couldn't even get merry maids to return a phone call for a request for an estimate.

The experience wasn't that great. She wrote down how much we would be paying, and how much we would be getting for x amount, by the time we got done, it was done, it was twice the amount but they had already done the work. We had a misunderstanding there, she did what she said she would do, it was nothing spectacular though. She does the cleaning, but she doesn't bring her own tools, we had to provide all the material. I think she took on a bigger job than she could do. We were moving into a new house, so we asked her to come out and clean everything before we moved into it, and that was a little bit of a bigger task then she had anticipated. She needs to go in and look at the job before she can give her the estimate. She texted and said she would charge $560 for the cleaning, $200 for the window, and $150 for the carpet. I thought the $560 included everything, but after the job was done, she said it did not.

"I believe there are many discrepancies in this review. We ALWAYS provide our own supplies! Not once have I ever gone to a job without my own supplies. Also,you did not mention in your review how large your home was. Also, it says that I wrote down pricing. The bid was done through text messages which clearly stated the amount for cleaning the house plus the amount for cleaning Windows inside and out, plus the amount for shampooing carpets. I had a crew of 4 that day and we spent a total of 11 hours cleaning your rather large home, that is 44 man hours. Also this was a make ready which includes inside of cabinets, oven, etc. I do not understand why you waited about 6 months after the cleaning to complete your review. Since it seems you have forgotten several things. Also without even telling me personally that you weren't satisfied. We have been in business since 2005 and I've never had a complaint of this sorr!"

Tina and her crew arrived with all the needed supplies and did a great job cleaning the house. If you are looking for a super house cleaner I would definitely recommend you give her a call. She's hard working and thorough.

They worked for approximately 3.5 to 4.0 hours and stayed busy the whole time. They did experience a problem with their vacuum cleaner and I loaned them use of mine. Overall they did a very good job for the 1st cleaning and we have scheduled their return in two weeks for another go round with the dust accumulation.

Tina always does a great job. She takes her time to do the job right, is detailed and very thorough. I trust her judgement, and many times leave the details to her, freeing up my time for other tasks and activities. She is honest and takes pride in her work, always with the highest integrity.

Tina has cleaned our house for a couple of months and we are already in love. The overall one time cleaning was wonderful. We have three inside dogs that leave hair everywhere and Tina's crew cleaned baseboards, ceiling fans, kitchens, bathrooms.....the works. We liked them enough to hire them for monthly cleaning. They clean the furniture, baths, & kitchens each month. Love them!

Tina has been cleaning my home for over 4 years and has been very reliable and consistent. She is very thorough including cleaning all types of floors, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, and all kitchen appliances. She always comes prepared by bringing her own cleaning supplies and doesn't expect the homeowner to provide them. She always calls ahead to verify dates and times and gives me plenty of notice if schedule changes are needed (which is very rare). I have consistently been pleased with the quality and pricing of her services.

The lady who comes out is great. I pay her biweekly. She does all the house work. Her prices are perfect. She is on time and does a good job. I would use her services in the future too.
