Aqualine Pools

Jack came and quoted a new pump and filter for my pool.  The quote offered two types of filters; he made recommendations as well as offered pros/cons for each of the choices.  His office staff was very accomodating and managed the billing electronically since I had someone meeting him at the house.  After I made my decision, Jack came back out and did the installation.  He was extremely personable, removed all trash from the work site, and spent time showing how to operate the equipment.  He exceeded my expectations by creating a stand to mount the timer to prevent my horses from chewing on the box!  I would highly recommend and will use him for any future pool needs.

My pool pump just died Thursday.  The company said it had a year warranty.  I was told they will not come out unless I pay a service charge. 

The owner said he would be out the next day.  My husband called to get a second opinion.  Another technician came out to check it out.  We were told that the company  that installed the pump put in a used pool pump that was very old. Therefore, the pump could not be under warranty.  I was told by the technician that gave the second opinion that the pump needs to be replaced right away because we are now experiencing freezing temperatures and the pool will be damaged if the pump is not replaced.  I called the original pool company to tell them what happened and now they will not call us back after we confronted them. 

The manager who installed the pump will not speak to us.  Jack, the man who installed it, is actually the owner of the company.  I have to relay messages through the receptionist.  Now when I call, they send my call to voicemail.
