+ 3 moreThe last time he came out, it was a free estimate. With regard to punctuality, he is laidback. If we call him and tell him that we need him to come, he gets there. Other than that, he is not always punctual. But it's forgiving with his price that he charges friends; I don’t know about other people. I would absolutely use him again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Andy Fulfers for some handyman chores around the house and bathroom remodeling. He has put in a back porch off my deck. He did some repairs to my deck work that I needed. The last time he came out was to take a look at my backyard and see about putting in a patio and landscaping.
