The last time he came out, it was a free estimate. With regard to punctuality, he is laidback. If we call him and tell him that we need him to come, he gets there. Other than that, he is not always punctual. But it's forgiving with his price that he charges friends; I don’t know about other people. I would absolutely use him again in the future.
