The window industry as a whole has turned something that should be easy and simple to do (finding out how much your windows will cost) into some convoluted process and "less than pleasant" experience. It's a relic process from before the days of high speed internet I guess. We feel the most important job of a great window company is the installation. We apply our pressure on our install teams rather than our potential customers! ... AND you are correct in that the crew you had 2 years ago were great at installing but lacked in 2 very important things... punctuality and (at times) attitude. Excellence in all these areas was not 100% for every customer. I know it is of little consequence to you now, but we replaced that install team not long after your install with a new team that we are truly fortunate to have. I apologize for the issues which you should not have had to endure. - Dan"
