Plumbing
Horrible! Would not recommend this business AT ALL OR EVER! First, its a new home less than 2 years old. The hoses for the kitchen sinnk hot water suddenly burst, sending water into our basement. Thankfully, not finished, but a mess and a pain in the b***. Their repairman came fast, but that was about the only thing right. He came in the front door, was running around our house, cut a hole in our wall (but unprofessionally), didn't make the repair to code (I found this out this afternoon) and didn't bother cleaning up. I will not be using "Your Plumber" or buying a home they've plumbed again.

Plumbing
Horrible. The company representative came out to my house to bid the job. We agreed on a price. The first day all the guys showed up and started working, and everything seemed fine. Took them about 3 days to "finish". Here are the results...Laundry Room: water heater vent pipe looks like something from a shanty town. Apparently, this was because of a joist in the attic that made it difficult to maneuver the pipe around, so instead of a straight pipe, it's about 6 feet of revolving joint pipe, all twisted at different angles. The round bracket attached to the ceiling was screwed into the drywall with wood screws that are very loose. Whoever put the new vent on the roof for this failed to seal it properly, so it leaked with hard rains. We fixed it ourselves. They didn't actually test the waste drain for the washing machine, so when we tried to use it the first time, the laundry room flooded. A subsequent service call found that the cause was a clog about 20 feet away. Since that wasn't on the original bid, paid them another $500 to fix. While under the house with the guys investigating this problem, we found that the tub leak had not been addressed properly. Instead of repairing the obviously badly corroded tailpiece and P-trap, the first crew had simply replaced the drain assembly (which the boss tried to blame on me for not being specific enough! I'm not the one that was supposed to crawl under the house to figure out what to do!) The tailpiece had been covered with a giant glob of roofing tar that was leaking and we only found this when the guy working on the washing machine problem hit the tar with his foot, causing more leakage. This was fixed at the time of the washing machine drain fix, for "free". Every single thing that shows in the house was installed crooked (toilet, icemaker water supply box, washing machine box). Everything else visible was done sloppily, though luckily it's almost all been covered with drywall now. I believe this is mostly the fault of one specific worker, as much of the other work was done very well and a couple of the guys that came back out seemed genuinely embarrassed because of this stuff. I hear that this company focuses on new construction instead of remodels, and that's probably a good idea given the overall lack of attention to detail, disrespect, and carelessness they showed my home. Also, when I called to address mistakes, they sent crews out but NEVER called back to tell me when to expect them. They NEVER called to find out if I was happy with the work. I tried to be the "cool" customer that doesn't yell or throw tantrums, but that was obviously a mistake. Hopefully I can save someone from what we went through. This company is why Angie's List exists.
