WILSHIRE HOMES LTD

I arrived in Austin on Valentine's Day three years ago. My Columbus home sold the next day (in a three foot blizzard after just a few hours on the market) so my quest became immediate. I could not find an existing home with the features I needed (while virtually speed-dating homes) such as a real yard and Viking appliances. Wilshire had several new communities but I built in Circle C. I have had no problems with my home and really liked working with Wilshire to allow me all the iron fencing, native limestone, cherry cabinets, three car garage, greenbelt, and the flexibility to enlarge some rooms. I was also able to save money by having them install the zoysia grass a few weeks after closing. I installed irrigation, extra landscaping, stonework and exterior lighting before their grass was laid. They also allowed me to go to their nursery and choose the builder provided landscaping. Incredible company and great home!

I wasn't happy with the tile job because it wasn t very good. I thought they used low quality products on the design. The house itself was solid; I can't complain about that. The reason I would use them was because I didn t think there were any better companies in town. I felt they all used cheap labor and cheap materials.

Everything about this project was great. The design was fantastic; they worked well with us and kept us informed of the progress. The sub-contractors did a wonderful job working with Wilshire and it was completed in a little over six months. It is beautiful & solidly built and we have not had a single problem since moving in. We would highly recommend Wilshire to anyone who is planning a new home.

I AM VERY PLEASED WITH MY EXPERIENCE WITH WILSHIRE HOMES. THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE PROCESS, COMPANY REPRESENTATIVES WORKED TO MAKE SURE WE WERE KEPT FULLY INFORMED ABOUT THE PROGRESS OF CONSTRUCTION. WILSHIRE WAS VERY GOOD ABOUT LISTENING TO WHAT WE WANTED IN OUR HOME AND GIVING US SUGGESTIONS ABOUT ACHIEVING THAT. THE STAFF WAS VERY RESPONSIVE WHEN WE HAD QUESTIONS AND ALWAYS RESPONDED IN A TIMELY MANNER WHEN WE CONTACTED THEM WITH INQUIRIES. THE STAFF WENT THE EXTRA MILE OF SENDING EMAIL UPDATES ABOUT AND PICTURES SHOWING EACH STEP DURING THE CONSTRUCTION PROCESS. THE LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDED BY THE STAFF DECREASED THE STRESS NATURALLY ASSOCIATED WITH A MAJOR PURCHASE SUCH AS THIS, AND WE ARE EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE FINAL PRODUCT. OUTSTANDING JOB!
