Nice guys, professional image. But of the six items I had moved, White Glove managed to damage two of them. When I pointed that out, the supervisor was adamant he did not cause the damage. I know my furniture well and I KNOW that they caused this damage. I paid a premium to use White Glove with the expectation they would take good care of my stuff. They did not, and then refused to take responsibility.
Save your money and use a more reasonably priced mover - they can't do any more damage than these guys.

Delivered a large freestanding fireplace.

This is the best moving company. I found this company on Angie's List and picked them due to other member reviews. They can and did a walk through of our high rise condo to evaluate my belongings and took extraordinarily good care of my things. The pricing was very competitive and they went above and beyond with TLC especially compared to other companies that did not offer the personal attention as much as they did. They were very accommodating to our special needs of living in a high rise condo and having limited access to an elevator. They ended up bring two truck and doubled staff so we could get in and out in a timely fashion.

White Glove Storage and Delivery are wonderful. I will not use any other mover. They are so good. They did not leave a mark anywhere. They are very professional.

In the beginning, it took several weeks before they had an opening on their schedule But when the pick-up day arrived, they were on time and professional. The two movers carried a complete bedroom set, including a large tripple dresser and armoire, down an awarkward staricase and down the hill to the street without a scratch. After four months in their storage, I called to get them to deliver the furniture back to the house, I was able to get a spot on their schedule just a couple of days later. The same movers arrived, and got the furniture back upstairs without damage -- just a few fingerprints.
Price isn't the cheapest, but within reason. Service is excellent.

I continued to use White Glove because of the care and professionalism of their staff. Their Operations Manger responded promptly to my inquiries and was always able to accommodate my schedule. Their movers were highly professional and extremely careful when delivering and assembling furniture. I was always impressed that their movers took time to think through moving each piece before actually moving the piece. As a result, the movers never damaged the furniture or my home.
