My experience was good. They fixed my truck pretty well. I do have a little bit of an issue that I'm going to talk to them about. It was interesting because the owner actually called me to say thank you and left his phone number. He called on Friday. I have not got back to him yet. He gave me his direct number. I got the reviews out of Angie's List, so I was impressed by that. They did an excellent job on my truck. I just have this one little thing and only because I can see it. I don?t think anybody else would notice. He did say to call him. Having the owner of a company call us directly and asking us to tell him know if there was anything they needed to look at; we don?t get that very often. I do have some problems. He has made it open the door that I can call back.

Fixed damage to vehicle. Cost half what other competitor quoted.

Repair went exactly as bid. Slightly disappointed some minor additional touch-ups were not done, although they were not in the bid.

This auto body shop is busy for a reason--they deliver excellent customer service at a reasonable price.  My vehicle was ready at the time I expected and the results are fabulous!  They offer a lifetime warranty as well which is great peace of mind.  Thank you Whitaker Auto Body!

I took my car in to get an estimate to repair some scratches in the paint that had resulted from a parking lot incident.  Kyle looked at it and got a buffer and spent about 5 minutes working and lo and behold you could barely tell anything had happened even if you knew where to look.  He didn't charge me a penny either.  I was impressed with his professionalism and honesty!

Our car had front end damage. Whitakers had the car for a little over two weeks. The car looks and drives perfectly. They even made a follow up call to make sure we were happy with the service. This type of old school service is a welcome change from what you usually deal with these days.
These guys are great to deal with and I would definitely recommend them.

It was in the shop for over 60 days. They were very conscientious of their work. The car looks and feels brand new and you can't even tell I was in an accident. The quality of their work was A+. They were very responsive and they worked with the insurance company for me. Their communication was great on keeping me up to speed on the progress on my car as well.

.They did an excellent job evaluating the car and making sure that everything was fixed after someone ran into me.  They arranged for a rental car and that was very timely and easy.  They fixed everything in good time, maybe one day later.  The job looked very good.  The paint was slightly bluer than the car paint.  That is barely noticeable and the car is a 2008 Hyundai Sonata and so the  paint is older.  Overall, the job was excellent and I would definitely use them again.  They also returned the car very clean and all parts of the transaction were easy.  Insurance covered it and they worked with the insurance provider and they were a preferred provider.

Whitaker's did a great job. The evaluation and estimation was done professionally. The repair required replacing the right side bed panel and fixing a small ding on the rear of the right side rear cab door. The body repairs were first rate, and the paint matched perfectly (even under polarized sunglasses). The job was done on time and on budget.

Whitakers did a great job on my vehicle.  The estimate was very reasonable (and much more affordable than I was expecting), and the repair was completed very quickly.  I would definitely take my vehicle here again and will be recommending Whitakers to anyone I know who needs work done.

It went very well. This was not an insurance claim and their technician spent time with me in the room seeking cheapest options to complete the repair. All were very professional, and they kept me up-to-date on the repairs and status.

They provided a prompt estimate (I was a walk-in customer).  Work performed was exactly to estimate and provided in just a few days.  Car was beautifully detailed prior to pick-up.

Manuel was our point of contact at Whitakers, and he was prompt, courteous, friendly, and very straightforward throughout this process.  He gave us an initial estimate and was very clear in describing what we might expect in the way of time frames for repair.  He also explained that once Whitakers removed the damaged body parts they might discover additional issues that would affect the estimate (which is what, indeed, happened; the bill was slightly more than the original estimate because of what they found after removing the bumper and tail light).  Manuel explained the insurance reimbursement process and offered to share his photos and repair files with us if we needed them in dealing with the insurance company.  The repair work made the car look as though it had never been damaged .  A week or so after we had picked up our car, the owner of Whitakers called to make sure we were satisfied with the work, to ask if we had any questions or concerns, and to offer information about the insurance process.  We would definitley use them again if we need auto body repair work.

The process was pretty quick.  I contacted them on a Monday or Tuesday afternoon to inquire about the timing and cost of the repair and my car was ready for pickup by the following Monday.  Since I have car insurance, I was only responsible for the deductible.

The team at Whitakers did  a great job.  The quality of the paint work was excelant, the work was done time and within the original estimate.  Good communication. Nice to do business with.

As far as quality of work it was extremely well done.
They are very diligent about doing the job right.

everything and itemized all the work . He is very nice and I when we
talked to him we always felt like he was paying attention to us.

The paint job is exquisite as well as the body work they did.
