I wanted to sell my house in the 78704 area and needed a lot of work done prior to sale and so I did thorough research in terms of contractors and remodelers and pricing, bids, quotes, etc. I came across this company via a friend's advice. Unlike other contractors/remodelers this first rate Irishman came to the house and was pleasant and knowledgeable. He asked me how much my budget was --- and he told me that he could, as a one-man shop put in a new kitchen, new hardwood floors, and paint inside and outside house and build a covered deck. We went ahead and after work, my house sold in two weeks. This guy is a REAL find, a jewel who can remove the need for multiple contractors - he does it all, inside and out, including full carpentry work, decks, roofs, remodeling, stonework, painting, floors, kitchens, etc. I will never use anyone else again. I am buying a new house and plan on having him remodel for a fraction of the cost, though the work is superb. All my friends want to use him. He's very talented, easy to work with, pleasant and works with your budget. His work and building relationships means more than just making money.  One need only look to his past work to get an idea of how he works. He built television and movie sets, entire award winning houses from scratch.  He can do it all -- I guess Irish people are just good with that. He's very trustworthy.Great find. Enjoyed having him.  if you want excellent work done, anything big or small, this guy can do it all at a fraction of the cost.
