Great! Someone helpful answered the phone and had a plumber to my house in less than 30 minutes. The entire job was complete within 2 hours of my initial call.

Gene came by and checked the heating elements. He said one was turned down real low. He turned it up to a higher temperature and then check both heating elements and told me they were working as they should be. We now have plenty of hot water. Gene is a very nice gentleman.

It went perfect and I will always complain about the price it is in my nature.  Regardless when I have plumbing issues I always call Westmorland because they are professional, honest, on time, and get the job done right the first time.  I have tried cheaper alternatives but the mess and hassle of return visits was not worth it. If I did have a problem, I know I can call these guys and they will make it right.

Came back for second day without additional call out charge.

The service was good. His punctuality, timeliness, the quality of his work and his demeanor were excellent. I would recommend him. It was my first time using a plumber in 50 years so I had nothing to compare it to.

Their prompt and are interested in solving the problem not making money and they are very effective.

I've had this process done many times by the same plumbing company over the years. Sometimes it takes 3 go-rounds to clear the drain. The plumber is very neat and cleans up after himself.

Everything went well with them and the price was very reasonable.

We have done business with them for a while. When they fix something, it generally ends up getting fixed. The overall experience was average. The price was good. The material they used was inferior. I felt that they recommended an inferior grade of toilet that was more costly than it needed to be, so I would render it an F. They came back twice to fix problems with the toilet. I don't expect someone to have come back to fix something that is new. They came when they said they would come. They recommended a certain kind of toilet, which I don't think was that good, and it was too expensive. We are not planning to use this provider again.

I have used these people for more than five years and have never had an issue. NOW, that being said, they are not inexpensive. You can count on a bill of at least $100 for anything. But you DO get good, quality work and they show up when they say they will and don't leave a mess.

We have used them before. They also came recommended by a friend. They were able to come out quickly and complete the job professionally. They did good work and completed the work in a timely fashion.

I have used Westmoreland three times and I will continue to use them with confidence.

He put in some fixtures and fixed the underground plumbing. He was very conscientious and punctual. He was very professional and cleaned up the mess after himself. He did a good job.

Westmoreland has always met my expectations.

The work was performed very slowly. About 2 hours to replace a single bath faucet, repeated 5 times. They had no real knowledge about the products or progress. I received better advice from the Home Depot clerk on fixtures, sizes, etc... During the process, a part was lost and a bunch of time spent looking for it. A sink was dismantled and the faucet put together before realizing it wont fit on the sink. An existing piece was rigged together for re-use and ultimately replaced. All while being charged full rate. The only piece of the work really couldn't have been done by a homeowner they could not do and had no real suggested solution. Incredibly expensive with no real added value.

They aren't cheap. When they come out, it doesn't matter what I need them to do they do it. They only send one guy and when they finish they are done. If we are dissatisfied then he comes back out and fixes it for free. They are extremely experienced. They only need one person to fix it. They only have really experienced people so all the guys know exactly what to do. We have never had a problem that they can't fix. My wife feels very safe around them.

He was quick. He gave us an estimate when he called. We were getting ready for a wedding, so we needed somebody quick. At the time, the price wasn't too much and we were in a hurry. He did a good job.

Very good experience from first telephone call to check signing. Answered the phone promptly and professionally. They were helpful to give me first morning appt. since I commute to work quite a distance. They showed up prior to appt. time and were prepared and began work immediately. I loved the fact that they showed me how to unjam the disposal myself for future reference. They left no mess or debris and were very professional.

They came out and had found the problem. He had to do a lot of work to find out what the problem was. He did a great job and was able to keep everything clean. They had done such a great job in fixing our problem.

They were excellent. They always come when they say that they will. They are extremely neat and clean. They explain everything that they are going to do before they do it. They are reliable and they are knowledgeable.

The experience was horrible. They showed up late and over charged me for the water heater itself. Unprofessional. They worked extremely slowly to milk the labor costs. When I spoke with management, they told me to call another company. They made no attempt to right their wrong. They stated that my business was not appreciated. They were late, rude, and overcharged. I wouldn't use them if they were the last plumber in town.

They were very good. I would put them on top of the list. They always show up on time. They never over charge me. They meet up to our expectations every time we use them and more.
