Austin's family owned & operated Power Washing, Window Cleaning, & Carpet Steam Cleaning service since 2002. We love what we do! Specializing in customer service and quality. We offer a variety of services for home owners and commercial purposes. We are capable of bringing water to your location. We can capture & recycle our wash water to comply with all current drought & water restrictions. Registered with the city of Austin for practicing enviromentally friendly cleaning processes.

The crew arrived exactly on time and scrubbed the entire bathroom inch by inch. They also added an anti-mold chemical. It took a while, but I expected that. The price was amazing considering the extent of the problem. Essentially, I paid $180 or so for a new bathroom; fine by me.
I can't recommend this company enough. Job extremely well done!
By the way, it's now Westlake Home and Commercial Services, not Westlake Power Washing.

The only ding I had to give them was that I reached out to them via their website "request a quote" page and never got a response. I had to actually call to arrange services. Once I called, they were very responsive.

Eventually I was informed by some long time customers of mine that he was not performing his job very well to say the least. He was terminated last year after I found out he was soliciting our customers for his newly formed competing business Allied Services that offers similar services as Westlake. I could only imagine how many other customers were affected negatively by his behavior. Please know that if you ever want to give us another try I will personally discount all of your services. The only question I was left with was price; did I pay too much? I didn't do any comparison shopping since we needed it done ASAP, they got right on it, and did a good job....bottom line is I think I got what I paid for.
A bit of serendipity occurred the night before when I got an unsolicited call from a rival company (how would they have known) that offered to do the job for about 70% of the original estimate. I was tempted but felt that backing out at the 11th hour would be unethical. Still I wonder how the cut-rate job would have stacked up against the one I got.
