WESTBANK DRYCLEANING

I've listed two of their locations. I mostly use the one on Exposition which I like a lot. The people are friendly and my clothes have always come back great. I've seen other customers who've had issues with their clothes and the staff has done what they could to make it right. As to the Jefferson location I've not had as good luck. The staff is friendly but I don't feel they are up to par with the other location and I had a pair of jeans altered (simple, just fixing the button that broke off). They did replace the jean hook, but with a button which wouldn't be so bad, but it was grey and the thread was a dark green?!?!? I could of done a better job myself with the replacement and the reason I gave it to them to do is that I'm awful at sewing. FYI: They are more expensive than other dry cleaners (I take laundry to another place due to high cost) but I feel the value is there for my fine dry clean only clothes.
