goes well - crew comes every two weeks on an appointed day, if weather has been too wet, they come as soon as possible after that. Seasonal clean up has been excellent. Prices will vary depending on size of lot and time spent

Great! I contracted with Wellspring Landscape Services five years ago to service my residence. Since that time, I have added two rental properties that they also service. The pricing is reasonable and the service has been excellent. The team assigned to my properties is friendly and, while they are on site, frequently asks if any yard area needs particular attention. They show up on schedule and provide advance notice if a delay in service is expected due to weather.

Wellspring did an excellent job clearing our house of overgrown weeds and misc. foliage. They scheduled a time, showed up promptly, cleaned up before they left, and left the house better than I've remember it looking when the house was new.

Wellspring did an excellent job, i'm almost sad we didn't take before pictures to show the after work was done. All the vines were taken down, the sides of the house look like new. They manicured the front beds, which now look awesome. They did all their work fairly quickly and cleaned up in a flash.

Very responsive to initail contact from Angie's list. Needed initial cleanup and ongoing maintenance of yard and trees in rental property. Service has been going for several months now, and they seem to be doing a good job. Initial service included some tree cleanup. Ongoing service includes mowing and cleanup. Not the cheapest in town, but competitive. Communication is their best asset. I get an email if they are ever delayed or if they are not coming out because of the weather. They automatically reschedule (often next day) and send me another email to let me know when they are coming out. Rates on our yard are roughly $40 per visit, which isn't bad. But our yard is not particularly challenging, and I'm sure bigger yards will be more expensive. Our yard probably takes less than an hour per visit.

It took weeks to get a response. I had to call a couple times. First someone had to come out and inspect the lawn. I was not home. Then they tried to sell me other services over the phone and I explained that I simply wanted to get seed down in the spring and asked if they could do it soon. A few more weeks went by with no aeration. Finally after about a month of waiting the aeration was completed, which took 1 guy about a half an hour. They should have offered to do the back yard too, since I paid for it, or offered to give me a discount since my space was much smaller than what the coupon advertised. My opinion is that this is a business where you have to jump through a lot of hoops just to get something done.

It went okay, the service they provided was an A but scheduling to get it done took quite a bit of time.
I think they suffered from the Deal effect where they had a influx of to many deals to service. I called them the day after I made the purchase, they told me they would call back and they didn't this went on for two weeks. That was the only problem, the people were pleasant but getting them to commit to a date seemed like the kept delaying it because they were overwhelmed with the amount of service they were supposed to provide.

Also, I am not sure how we could have inconsistent accounting as you paid up front for the year so there was no invoicing. I do know you were disappointed that we raised our prices this year. The guys arrived on time, were very responsive and communicated well. They began the job and right away I could tell that they were working very slow. I had two guys working and they finished around half what I thought they would get done in the 4 hours I had them on-site. I ended up finishing the other half of the project in 2 hours by myself. I am not sure what the issue was, they were just cutting things into very small sizes instead of packing larger pieces into the bags. If they would have worked faster I would have given them a higher rating. If you use this company I would scope the job and not buy a block of hours.

The crew did a fantastic job! Not only did they do everything we asked them to do, they also raked up two large bags of oak leaves and tidied up the flower beds! They did such great work, i am going to have them out again to clean up our live oaks!

Workers performed the bare minimum, and were in and out of our property in 4 - 6 minutes per week during the dormant season. No extra initiative to make the yard look nice, maybe pull a weed since the grass does not need cutting or spend a little time instead of taking advantage of the situation. I have video surveillance, and after watching this routine for months, I decided to cancel as my prior service would spend the same amount of time on our property as during the peak season by doing other things like pulling weeds and trimming bushes. This company never came close to doing anything more than the minimum.
