While two cleaners were here for 4 hours, and they did complete some work, they did not complete the following: 1) None of the clean dishes were put away. 2) The kitchen counters were not wiped down; they did not move anything on the counters and they were not cleaned at all 3) Upstairs toilet bowl remained completely uncleaned 4) Bathroom basin downstairs was not touched 5) Blinds in two bedrooms remained thick with dust and dirt; not touched 6) Stray items were piled into baskets and put in the middle of a bathroom countertop 7) Beds were made in only two out of the three bedrooms; one bed was completely without any sheets or blankets 8) Floors were lightly mopped, but large areas were clearly still dirty and required a sponge. 9) One of the cleaners went outside for a long stretch of time and not sure why 10) Both upstairs bathroom floors were not cleaned In addition to sloppy work, communication with ownership about my concerns was extremely poor. I texted photos and questions and awaited a response as to next steps, and I received no response. Because I didn't know what was going on, I stopped payment on my check. Today, I received an angry text from the cleaner (not the company owner) that she was going to come to my house to get her money. I was absolutely shocked. The situation quickly devolved when I found out that the business owner did not pay her contractor because I stopped my payment to her. When I said I wanted the name of their business (yes, I should have checked this but I got the number from their ad on Craigslist) I was told "no." Then I was threatened with legal action and some sort of police action if I said anything negative about them or if I tried to sue them for anything. Then, both the cleaner and the owner threatened to spread my name online for being a "bad customer." I was absolutely horrified. In summary, the cleaning was poor (I have never stopped payment on a service in my life-- especially for a cleaner), the threats were horrible, and the situation was absolutely the worst customer service experience of my life. In the end, and after I calmed down, I did offer to pay the two cleaners a fair price simply for their time and (minimal) effort. It even stung for me to do that after receiving such terrible treatment. But I do understand what it's like to struggle and raise a family. All I wanted was what was fair-- but the ownership does not care about her contractors (she should have paid them directly and worked personally with me to resolve the situation to satisfaction) and the cleaner should have done a much better job in the first place.

The work performed was literally worthless. These people have no work ethic. They were supposed to clean all shelves, closets, cabinets, bathrooms, floors, baseboards, inside of refrigerator, inside of drawers.  Basically, they did a light cleaning and put no effort or elbow grease into any of their scrubbing or they were simply blind. Despite vacuuming the carpets, I found a tack pin in the carpet in the upstairs game room that my kids could have stepped on. It was easy to see and only would have taken a moment to pick up by hand if the vacuum wouldn't pick it up. The prior owners had 2 large dogs and there is still dog hair everywhere along the baseboards because it was not wiped up. The interior of the kitchen pantry, cabinets, drawers, and refrigerator were not touched despite explicit instructions.

It is now Sunday, April 23, and despite giving these people an abundance of pictures representing what they were contracted to do, and giving them ample opportunity to offer how they would remedy these failures, they have refused to return any of my attempts to communicate with them. My advice, stay far away from this company. They will only take your money and leave you with a dirty home and less money in your pocket.
