Hurricane Harvey filled my one-story home in Houston with over 5 feet of water for about two weeks. Trey Baumann walked my devastated neighborhood introducing homeowners to W.B. Arthur and their reputation for water damage restoration. I found Trey to be very sincere and after checking other reviews, hired W.B.Arthur to help me out. My concerns were heard and addressed before work started the next day. Trey or his co-worker Zac Whitley worked with the crew daily to ensure quality and professionalism. These were among the most ethical and caring people I have had the pleasure of working with! I can honestly give my highest recommendation for W.B. Arthur, and particularly Trey Baumann and Zac Whitley, based upon the flood restoration work they did for me.

Their service is very excellent. They are a commercial cleaner. We don't know what they used but they got stains out that previous people couldn't get out. The laminate floors really shined. They were very thorough and very good. They seemed to be trustworthy. They did an overall scrub down and everything sparkled and shined. They steam cleaned the waiting room chairs and got stains out that previous cleaners couldn't get out. We were very pleased when we came in and found that the weekend job had gone so well. We have been in the office for 5 years and it needed a total scrubdown. It was well worth it, Their quote was less than other vendors for twice a week ongoing cleaning.
