Terrific! Chris communicated well, anticipated everything we were going to need and baked it into the bid up front, gave us excellent advice throughout the process, and we ended up with a beautiful result. Our pool looks amazing and everyone compliments us on it. Thank you!

Chris and his men worked diligently to to remove the remnants of the old sealant and the green tinge to the stone. The pool stone looks great now. The green tinge is completely gone and 99% of the white sealant remnant is also gone. We are extremely pleased with the results and would highly recommend Watermark Pro to anyone who needs their stonework cleaned and brought back to life! Additionally, Chris communicated with us throughout the process and he was always on time. Couldn't ask for better service!

Chris was patient and answered all my questions with explanations and recommendations. He gave me options on whether or not to have the waterline tiled replaced. And options on the new pool surface (plaster vs quartz vs pebble) and the costs of each. He told me how long each step would take and what step was next as the job went along. I had some customized tiles cut for the waterline tile and the part that was cutout was used as marker tile in the floor. He had never done that before and checked with his tile guy to make sure it was possible before the work started. Mario, his tile guy, did a fantastic job setting the tiles so that the cutout pieces came out great as marker tiles. The tile and plaster work done was OUTSTANDING ! This morning my regular pool service came by to start the "new pool startup" work that is required. He made a point of telling me how great a job was done and told me that he normally finds spots and streaks in the work, but found NONE in my pool. He told me he was very impressed and that they had done a great job.

We have a 15,000 gunite and plaster pool that was in serious need of replastering after 24 years. Chris came out to inspect the pool, asked relevant questions about our care of the pool, issues with our maintenance, etc. ?He was punctual and communicated very well. He provided an estimate that was about $3,000 cheaper than the next lowest - primarily because every other company that bid insisted on several add ons - replacing tile, significantly higher grade materials for the coating, etc. ?2 of the other companies (A grades on Angies List btw)?told me flat out that it was impossible to replaster without replacing the tile - which when I researched is absolutely not the case. The final deciding factor for me - no deposit, no draws, no payment until the work was complete. ?In Chris' words - "we are?confident you will be pleased with the work and happy to pay when we're done". ? That might be different with a larger job, but for me it was now a no brainer. In the end, we chose to upgrade to a moderately priced quartz finish plaster with a light blue tone. Watermark's team showed up to do the work on schedule. ?They kept us informed via email of estimated work date due to some weather delays. ?Their team was professional and took care with our yard and the deck around the pool. ?4 days of work (as promised) and we were filling the pool with water. The pool looks great and I am very pleased with the work. ?And our original tile is still in place, no worse for the wear (actually looking better since it got cleaned up a bit when they removed the plaster). The only complaint - during the strip of the old plaster, they lost the fitting for my Polaris 360. ?Fortunately, the company doing the start up (Pristine Pools - recommended by Chris and also doing a great job) had the fitting that they supplied to me at no charge. ?Otherwise, Chris said he would have promptly replaced it as well.

I was very impressed by how responsive and thought out Watermark Pros was on our job.  Chris worked with us every step of the way helping us with tile selection, evaluating costs, we were always given information in a timely manner.  Chis checked in on the job all the time and you could tell he took pride in the work.  Mario their tile guy took so much time and care with the tile and prep and it turned out beautiful. Would hands down recommend this company and use them again, super impressed!  Pool looks fantastic!

Excellent! Very pleased with the result. Honest, straightforward and a pleasure to work with. Would recommend to anyone.

Even with the weather not cooperating, Mike was in constant contact with us and updating us on the status of being able to schedule the cleaning. Very thorough and attentive to details.

Chris and his crew were just great. Really nice people, funny, good-natured and a joy to have around. Worked hard all day, the results are wonderful. They did a nice job of cleaning up after themselves. However this being the first time I had this work done, I didn't realize my cartridge filter would need a couple more cleanings after they left to get my pool water back to sparkling. I had guests arriving 2 days after the work was done and I would have preferred more time to get everything ship-shape.
One other lesson I learned, nobody knows your system as well as you do (except maybe your pool guy) and you should watch closely or double-check before the crew leaves that everything is working as it should (valves turned correctly, gaskets in place, water moving through the system as it should).

"Thanks for the kind words, it was a genuine pleasure serving you! We are sorry for the switched valve error; however we used this experience as a learning moment in our company. As each pool has different equipment configurations, we have changed the way we do things going forward which will improve our field operations ten fold! Thanks again and from all of us at Watermark Pros, Thank you for the opportunity to serve! Chris Watermark Pros"

Watermark Pros, LP did a great job as far as getting the job done. They weren't all that punctual, had to wait a couple of weeks before they get started but I think it was a weather problem. They got all the calcium off but the glossy finish was stripped off. They didn't let us know that we'd lose some of the gloss, they didn't completely communicate with us.
Response from Watermark Pros, LP
"Inaccurate review posted by Angies List Rep. We found out this review was conducted by phone after Angies List basically badgered the customer for a review. We have since spoken with our customer and were advised that they were very happy with our work and customer service and that the Angies List review was inconsistent with his rating. Upon calling Angies List, we were informed that they will not correct or alter reviews regardless or whether it is correct or incorrect (seemed strange to us, but a policy is a policy good or bad); therefore we were forced to post this response in hopes of clearing things up a bit. Many Thanks to all Angies List and Watermark Pros customers! Watermark Pros, LP Austin/Houston"
