He has been excellent and does a very good job. Even his prices are reasonable and I would highly recommend him. I would definitely hire him again.

We've used them since 2009, approximately every six months. He's always been great. Quality work. We don't have to sign a contract, and the price is the same or lower than others we've talked to. Everything has been fine or I wouldn't have used them again if I wasn't pleased.

We use them approximately twice a year. That's about how often we use them; two to three times a year. They just do a fine job, and Ernest is always easy to work with and does quality work.

Ernest always does a neat and thorough job. I have used him many times. He is prompt, always returns calls and is very efficient. He will treat organically if requested.

Ernest did a great job and I don't hear any critters inside the attic anymore. He guarantees the work for a year, so if I do hear anything, I can call him back and he will deal with the critters for free. Everything went well; it was easy to schedule times for trap checks, etc.

Waterloo arrived at 3:59 (window was 2:00-4:00). They did a very quick inspection of the outside, sealed on gap, then threw a couple of wooden traps randomly around the inside. Took maybe 15 min. Did not listen when I mentioned droppings and hair coming through the vents. Came back a week later and retrieved one live body and one dead one from the traps.Came to check again a few days later - looked in the attic and didn't fetch anything. 2 hours later, we start to smell dead animals. Call and leave three messages over the next 24 hrs. NO response. The switchboard/secretary is quite rude and not very personable. Plus, I get the voicemail the majority of the time and never get a call back. Service guys are nice, but don't really listen or spend a lot of time explaining what to expect. When we called to tell him that there was a TERRIBLE smell emanating from a room, he came to check it out, concluded it was in the air duct (without a lot of inspection), and said that he doesn't do that type of removal. Said we needed to replace the entire air duct, which...after a wild goose chase and much internet research, is actually not necessary. So, in summary: NOT thorough (missed many openings/spots to seal), NOT proactive, don't listen to customers, did NOT resolve issue. Also, caused us to spend more $$ on a specialized pest removal service. These guys try to skate by on the least amount of work possible.

Ernest responded very quickly to our initial request and was able to schedule a site visit quickly. He was efficient and thorough in reviewing what needed to be done. Came back the next work day and got the job done. He called me when finished and updated me on all the specifics of what was done. He followed up again a week later to check on the work he had completed and has one more visit planned. Work includes 1 year warranty and I'm confident Ernest will stand by the warranty.

Waterloo did a fantastic job and was very responsive to our needs.  We will definitely use again. 

We had a mild infestation, and 2 of them came out. They first went around and used an insecticide on the nests with a sprayer, and then came around with pole and knocked them all down. The wasps haven't been an issue in over 6 months.

Great. I've used Ernest several times and am always satisfied. He comes promptly, and if it's minor and he doesn't do anything, he doesn't charge. Almost makes me feel guilty!

Ernest was both helpful and pleasant, as well as responsive to my concerns. In addition, he took extra time to remove and later replace hinges from a closet door that would not open. This was an unpaid service. He helped me due to his kindness.

Ernest assured me this would keep the raccoons away for about three months.  
Definitely contact Ernest to prevent or remove pesty pests or wild animals that have invaded your domain.
