We were referred to Victor by a high end appliance business from whom we were hoping to purchase a used double oven. Our brick oven enclosure was not sized for this larger oven so he recommended we talked to Victor about our options. Victor came by on a Sunday to look at the situation and quickly figured out that expanding the brick opening would be extremely costly based on the way the brick enclosure was designed. We discussed various options, one being that we find a smaller oven and build out an enclosure for it. While he was there, we also asked him to provide us with a bid to replace our kitchen counters and backsplash, as well as modify another open area with glass block. He stopped by a few days later and provided us with a competitive bid which was simple to understand and showed he had a real understanding of the requirements. During this time however, we decided that the money we were looking to spend would be better suited to prepare the house for sale and to find a new house that would better accommodate our family's needs. We were able to acquire the smaller oven and called Victor to come do the work to retrofit the enclosure. He set a day and a time, calling the night before to let us know he'd be there. He showed up on time and quickly set about the work. The enclosure, while simple, was extremely well made and showed excellent skills.

We use him a lot. He was just really good. He was a hard worker. He was here pretty much all day. He showed up when he was supposed to, did an excellent job, and cleaned up after himself. He had very good prices. He was very professional. There was another great thing about him. The granite countertop people that he used told that a particular week they were having a big sale, and he saved us about $800 that way. It was a really good thing that he did. We will use him again in the future.

Victor was recommended by Southwest Marble and Granite Works. They work with him all the time. He was very punctual and worked directly with Southwest Marble to set the schedule. He got us back in business in 24 hours. He is an excellent craftsman who can do almost any repair or modification around the house. When he first started on the tile backsplash we decided we did not like our selection. He stopped the work and cleaned up. Then he came back in about 2 weeks after we made another selection. He was very nice to stop work and not charge an excessive amount for the change.
