US Turf Texas, LLC

I feel compelled to share my experience after spending over $18k with US TURF. I initially chose US TURF for their prices and timely installation of their turf products. The installation process went fine for the most part, but once issues started to arise, their customer service became practically non-existent even though we are under warranty. Despite multiple follow-ups about the problems, and even follow ups about giving them more business I have received little to no response. It?s been extremely frustrating trying to get someone to take accountability or even communicate. This last experience prompted me to write this review as they have been so extremely unprofessional and to do it with clients that have spent so much money with them is quite upsetting. If you?re looking for a company that stands behind their work and values ongoing customer relationships, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I was good, until I had to reach out to them regarding a warrant claim. Zac and Jacob came to my house, they saw what was happening. Zac said that it was a miss on their part for not alerting that it could happen before the installation, he said that he would get it fixed and get back to me, but now he is ghosting me. He won't reply a single email, I managed to talk with him once over the phone, but nothing changed. I would definitively not recommend them to anyone.

This organization performed flawlessly. They took extra care to make sure my property and foliage was not damaged while performing the work.

It took over a week for them to cut back 2 lantana plants, 1 vortex and remove 1 small dead plant. I was charged $100.00. Totally unacceptable!

This is the business you want to use!!! They came out and gave me a quote on trimming my ivy (a very nasty job I might add) and kept in budget. Friendly and considerate. Did the job perfectly and cleaned up everything, even what dropped into the swimming pool. I would use them again and recommend anyone to hire them too!

They came out and gave me an estimate on the job. Retired on a budget, we worked a negotiated deal that fit my budget. I will definitely call them again when I need Fall/Winter cleanup.

Friendly, knowledgeable, quick did a good cleanup. I would recommend them.

Very good work and clean up

Luxury landscape is terrible. Came out two days before and gave a quote and doubled it the day they showed up 4 hours late to do the work. Not neat, messy. I got 3 quotes but Luxury said they did not understand. They lied. I would not recommend them them

Great job. Wish the guys had a blower to clean dead leaves and debris from rocks for a more thorough cleaning.

I was clueless as to how to solve the problems with my landscaping and they were very helpful with advice on what kinds of plants I should have to replace the dead ones, and what the issue is with my backyard irrigation.

After searching far & wide ( I’m not kidding), am I ever glad I found these terrific guys to help me finally solve a backyard nightmare ... removing Many plants and putting things right that I found I just could not do myself as it turned out. They listened to me with great patience! When they were done I had exactly what I wanted!! I could not recommend anyone higher. I’ll definitely be calling them again for my next project.

The guys with Luxury Lawn Care & Maintenance were an absolute delight. Not only did they do a fantastic job trimming my overgrown tree and then cleaning up every little leaf and twig, but they were so understanding of my needs. I can't recommend them enough!!!

They did not do the quality work I thought they did. I asked to have sprouting up palm trees removed they just cut the tops off so now they are coming back again. I got charged $900 that I couldn't really afford and they didn't take charge cards. I guess I had to stand out there and watch everything they did to get the job done right. We are senior citizens and they took advantage of us.

Luxury Lawn Care & Maintenance did a great job trimming a palm tree for me that was two years over grown. They were polite, on time, worked fast and cleaned everything up like they weren't there. I would recommend them to anyone needing lawn care. Top notch!

They took a little longer than what was necessary, but they did do a good job.
