Debris from roofers and gutters were left on site. Nails were everywhere. Painter showed up at 8pm and 9pm to paint fence. We were promised referral fees and as of this date have not received referral fees or heard from the project manager.
Job was to begin first of May, did not begin when agreed. Job was not completed until late July.
The professionalism of the project manager and other managerial personnel was not acceptable.
