I was very pleasantly surprised that Gary was able to schedule my appraisal within a week of my request, considering how busy appraisers are this year due to the high number of property tax protests. He kept me informed of when he would arrive, was on time, immediately set to work upon arrival, and provided my appraisal report in less than a week. Very personable and answered all my questions. I would definitely use him again.
