GREAT COMPANY!!! They do a thorough and an excellent job from restoration to build back. They were the only company to take the time to inspect all areas of damage. They were immediate in resolving my water damage and worked well with my insurance. Not only this it's rare to find such an outstanding businessman whose employees all love their boss. I found each employee having the highest regard for the owner of United Water Restoration, Tracy Hammock. He personally works with all his employees and he's very honest. It was a great pleasure finding this gem from my water damage. I highly recommend them!

Tracy and his teams responsiveness and professionalism was bar none. I hope we never have water damage again, but, if we do I would not hesitate to contact Tracy and I would highly refer his company to my family and friends.

United Water Restoration help me locate the underlying issue for my mold problem that for weeks had been getting worse. They were extremely professional from begging all the way through the build back process. While I hope I never need their service again, I would not hesitate to call them if I did.

Everyone who came to work were professional and did a great job. Mark Torres ran the show and completed everything one could want. I would hire them again, but I hope I won't have too !!

We were only away from the house for a few hours but during that time the supply line for a toilet broke and flooded several rooms downstairs. It was a Saturday night at 8:00 PM so we expected the worst, but they actually arrived within 30 minutes. We had several antiques that were in standing water and they immediately raised them up on foam blocks to make sure they were protected. They sucked the water out of the carpet and put some sort of suction mats on the hardwood floors to make sure the water was pulled out of them as well. They showed me the moisture readings and helped me understand what they where vs what they should be. They kept fans and dehumidifiers in our house for a few days and during that time showed me the moisture readings dropping to normal levels. When they reached the normal range, they removed the equipment and things were back to normal for us. During our ordeal we interacted with several of their team members and each one was courteous and professional. I hope we never have another issue like this but if we do I would have no hesitation to call United Water again.

We experienced flooding during the March 8, 2018 rainstorm. I called United at 6:00 AM and we had a technician extracting water from our carpet an hour later. We had water at several places withing our 10,000 sq ft preschool and United was able to work around our schedule and keep our business going. We had unfortunately had a similar problem last August and used a heavily nationally advertised company and United was better prepared, more organized and technically superior in the use of analytic devices to help guide the process of drying. I found this company by luck when I was awakened by a panicked phone call from our manager but it was one of the best decisions I have made.

They helped me with the insurance and filing the losses, great communication and explained everything from start to finish. I was more than pleased with the services and I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

AMAZING! These guys took such great care of me. When ALL of the other companies out there pushed back and barked orders they listened. My son has a suppressed immune system and the mold in our home was causing his airways to seize up to where he could not breathe. My other sons and my wife were also showing symptoms of toxic mold exposure. We had to evacuate our family for a couple months because we just couldn't live in our home any longer for fear of irreversible damage. Tracey (I believe he is the owner of the company) fielded my first call and of the 10+ remediation companies I had contacted he was the ONLY ONE who heard my story and actually apologized for the fact that my family and I were going through this. Everyone else just wanted me to send them a mold protocol or they wouldn't even talk to me. He listed, empathized and told me he wanted to help. BOY DID HE!!! He sent his head guy, Anthony, out to my house THE SAME DAY and Anthony lifted samples to see what kind of mold we had in the home and advised on what we could do to make our home safe. Fast forward a couple months and they have removed all of the mold in our attic (there was A LOT) and were so professional. They built a containment to prevent any spores from entering the rest of the home while they removed it. They also helped me get in contact with a cleaning lady who literally wiped EVERY SQUARE INCH of our home down (ceilings, walls, furniture...EVERYTHING) to be sure all spores and mycotoxins were eliminated. Just a top notch job. Communication may have been lacking from time to time, but hey...they are busy because they are the best and while they may not be the best communicators they ARE the best remediators....BY FAR. HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you need mold removed from your home. These guys really care about what they do, but more importantly they want to help you and your family to be able to live comfortably in your home.
