It had everything I needed inside. It was great. I was very impressed with the large size vehicle for the price I had to pay. They didn't have the size I wanted so they gave me the larger size at no extra cost. Everything was good but it's not like a limo. They were very quick to respond. I called in advance and made the reservation. It was a very quick and easy pick up. I left the vehicle overnight, threw the key in the drop box and no additional charges were given to me. It was an in and out kinda thing and worked out perfectly.

I rented it myself, I picked it up myself, it had everything I needed.The service was as advertised. Obviously, U-Haul is used by everyone, it's not like it's a limo.Responsiveness was very quick.I just don't have any issues with them, I called them in advance and made the reservation. No problems came up. The people at U-Haul are easy to work with; I have rented through them several times. The only difficulty I've ever experienced is if I tried renting through them when it's busy; I'd have to wait in line but it's not a big deal.

While service and the overall rental process went as expected, the truck itself had a faulty tire. We ended up having to pull over on the freeway and call UHaul's roadside assistance. It took them 1 hour to arrive and change out the tire and we were on our way. Be sure to check the quality of your truck before leaving.

Gary did a great job for us, We were moving to the other side of the country and needed a dependable truck. We had bad experience with Austin U-Haul dealers in the past. He did a great job explaining to us the new truck he would reserve with low miles. It was there when we needed it and we drove it for 2400 miles with no problems. We would definitely use him again.

Overall it was fine. We will use them in the future.

I've been renting from this particular UHaul location for years. I do art shows once or twice a year and I rent trailers for that purpose. Gary has worked with me to help me keep it affordable since I'd have to keep the trailer for a few days each time. The whole crew is very professional. They look over the equipment carefully and take good care of it. More than once I've had them reject equipment for problems they've had to point out to me. They always take good care of the equipment and the customer. My most recent rental was a 17' truck for a one way move out of state. I preferred to give him my business than anyone else. Gary beat the other best price I could find and had a new truck ready for me when I arrive. I've had less than stellar service at other UHaul locations in NW Austin and Gary has always been professional, competitive and customer service oriented.
