There were times when he was very prompt and then there were times where he would just disappear. I think he could have helped us if he would have managed our expectations. We signed the contract in early July and he let us know that he would have another large job in about a month. We thought he was going to start on our garage immediately but we heard nothing for 2-3 weeks. After getting a hold of him, we discovered there were some problems with the engineering issues. We didn't break ground until late August. Things moved very quickly for a while but then stopped. The garage was up in less than a week and now we are waiting for the final inspection. The problems from the first inspection have been corrected. It's been three weeks since the garage has been up.
