TULY'S CLEANING

I had been using her for 7 years for a regular cleaning service, and she always did a nice job. I used her to do a final clean out on my home when I moved as well.

I am happy with this service. It is the same small group of individuals who I know and their work is thorough. Regularly scheduled cleanings allow the team to rotate through more deep cleanings of things in the house. It's always nice to find that sparkling oven interior or extra clean frig bins. I'm a happy client.

Using Angies List I selected this provider. She called me back promptly, told me of the service she provided and the price and when they could do the cleaning. The day before, they called again to confirm and they showed up on time. Two ladies arrived and worked solidly for 3 hours. I cannot say enough nice things about how impressed I am with the job they did.

We needed a 'make ready cleaning' for our daughters rental home for new tenants. We were able to get an appointment within the week of calling. Tuly's did an outstanding job of cleaning floors, bathrooms, kitchen, refrigerator, oven, baseboards, window sills, light fixtures, mirrors, etc. They did a very thorough job on a house that had been left in very poor condition by previous tenants. They worked longer than expected and left the house in spotless condition. On the original scheduled date for the work, we had to reschedule and Cindy was very accomodating and was able to reschedule to two days later. The team was very pleasant and worked extremely hard; we would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I called them on Saturday. They came on Wednesday, I was not at home an didn't need an estimate which they offered.

We got her off the list and we think that she is really good. She comes on time, does a good job and pays attention to what we ask her to do. She is thorough and her prices are reasonable. She charges $100 for 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, dining room, study and a major living room, so it is about 4000 square feet.

Tuly's Cleaning do a fantastic job. They have a great attention to detail.

Our home had not been cleaned by me in over one month. Needless to say, I needed help! I called Tuly's Cleaning and spoke with Cindy. She and her mom, Tuly, came to my home 2 days later and cleaned my home from top to bottom. They are truly extraordinary. My home was spotless when they left! They pay great attention to detail and this thrilled me because I am very particular about having my home clean. They are very kind and patient and customer-focused. They do outstanding work!

This was our first experience with Tuly's and Cindy and her Mom (Tuly) did a great job! We were in a rush to get our home ready for a large wedding reception and Tuly's Cleaning came in and did a spectacular job helping us get ready for our 100+ guest party. Hard working, professional, attentive to the details, they made our home sparkle. We're bringing them back next week to help us in our post wedding reception clean up. There are housecleaning services and then there is Tuly's Cleaning. Highly recommended.

We have been working with Cindy and Tully since 2007 and can not say enough good things! I am so pleased to see they have received a Star award. They are extremely accommodating, always go the extra mile and pay attention to detail. I have reffered them to several friends who are all as equally pleased with their work.

They do a great job. They always show up on time, with 2 or 3 women (Tuly, Cindy and a friend) and take about 2-2.5 hours to clean our home. We can tell them anything we want them to focus on and they will do it. They are very accommodating with our dog, who often gets in their way, and they are very nice to our daughter. They miss things sometimes (like under the sofas or dusting a certain dresser), but I would, too, and they are very gracious about getting whatever it was the next time.

Cindy and her mom are lovely! They are very professional and easy to talk with, they listen and OMG they do a fantastic job!!!!!!!!! My whole family loves all of Tully's cleaning crew, my 5 year old stays with them the whole time he loves them so. Our home is over 100 years old and a giant monster to clean., the house sparkles when they finish, they go above and beyond normal sweeping and dusting. We now use them on a regular basis and when we first called Cindy we had no intention of having regular cleanings, however after seeing and living in home cleaned by cindy there is no going back. I cannot praise cindy and the job they do enough. I have had many cleaners in the past and none compare!!!

She made it sparkle. She came in the evening and worked a while on it until it looked better. It's looking great now! I would have no hesitation calling her again and having her back out for additional services!

While they were here they did a great job. They did a really good job on our house when I was moving. When I had them come into my new house, they cleaned everything I had asked them to clean without me having to move a bunch of stuff. The house smelled beautifully. I had asked them to come back out every other week, and they agreed to a price, but they never came back.

Their quality was good. They were very accommodating and came on a Saturday. They were punctual and worked until the job was done. They were just excellent and I plan to use them in the future.

Over the years I have tried many "professional" services and have found them to be overpriced with spotty quality, particularly after the first few visits. Cindy is the owner operator of the business, and as a business owner she understands full well that happy clients are her best source of future business. She isn't just cleaning the house--she is building a business. Her work ethic, dedication, and attention to detail are great. No area is passed over or fogotten. She sees something that's amiss and she cleans/fixes it. When she leaves your house, it is clean. Period. And she has a charming, winning personality to boot.

They clean my house every other week. I have had a house keeper for 15 years, and Cindy is the best housekeeper I have had so far. In addition to doing routine cleaning (which they do very well), they also clean the fireplace and periodically the refrigerator. I highly recommend them.

We were moving out of our house and realized we would not have enough time to clean the house before the new owners took over on Tuesday morning. It was Saturday and I called two cleaning services which were recommended to me. Both did not answer. I did a quick search on Angies list and called Tuly's Cleaning. They answer the phone promptly and were able to come out on Monday night to clean our empty house. Took them 5 hours and cost $160 bucks for approximately 2800 square foot house. They had a crew of two, Cindy and her mom Tuly. They showed up at 6:30pm exactly on time, brought all their own tools, started work immediately and were super nice and trustworthy. Good Job Tuly's and thank you for being so responsive.

I called to schedule service and they came promptly at the appointed time and did a wonderful job and are very nice and professional. I now have them come out bi weekly.

I think they are fair in pricing and they do a good job. We've never had a problem with them in the time that we've been using them and they do a good job.

Very thorough housecleaning service on every visit. The initial cleaning was amazing and every two weeks they just make the house shine. My oven has never been as clean as it is now!

Cindy arrived a little bit late (it was not a problem for me but she apologized profusely - this was her first time to this location and traffic is very heavy in this area). She explained that the rest of her team would be arriving shortly and I showed her the areas that needed special attention such as the oven, cooktop, and Master Bath in addition to an overall cleaning throughout. We left for a while and returned later to find 3 people working diligently - they cleaned ALL of the baseboards in the entire house, wiped all the blinds, windowsills, light fixtures including chandeliers, wiped out all cupboards and cabinets and bookcases, cleaned the bathrooms and kitchen from top to bottom (the master shower sparkled), cleaned all the countertops and cooktop, refrigerator, and thoroughly vacuumed and mopped all floors. They stayed late into the night (this was an evening appt) to finish. We were so pleased with Cindy and her teams work - they were professional and easy to work with and the house looked move in ready. We would definitely use her service again. We gave her team a tip and they seemed genuinely surprised and grateful.

I was having difficulty in getting the movers scheduled and ended up scheduling this cleaning at the last minute. They were able to accommodate my schedule and came on time to work on the move out. We were originally going to have the move out done by 6:00 PM but were not done until 10:00 PM. The lady that was scheduled to come at 6:00 PM came out and said for me to call her when we were finished and that she would come back out when we were done. After finishing at 10 PM, I contacted her and she and her husband came out to work on the trailer. They worked on the trailer until at least 2AM and did not charge me more than the estimate. The trailer was spotless and the new owners were very pleased with the way that the trailer shined. I could not be happier with the great service and would highly recommend them to future customers. We will be using them again as needed.

Cindy and Tuly showed up right away (maybe the same day I called) to give a quote and schedule a service date. I selected Tuly's based upon the positive feedback from others on this site; however, we were really dissappointed in the service we received. The short version is they broke a bulb in a lamp in the living room and didn't let me know (I was at home when they started and when they finished the service), but rather just left the metal bulb base broken off in the lamp. The master bath didn't even get swept, much less mopped. There were very noticable areas that needed attention (i.e., loose hair in the area where my wife blow dries her hair each morning). Similarly, the kitchen wasn't well swept or mopped (i.e., cobwebs still along the baseboard and a china cabinet). During the initial visit to get a price estimate, I told Cindy that I would like for them to use the cleaner that I have on the new wood floors and she agreed. At one point during the cleaning, she came into my office at the house and asked if I had any more floor cleaner because she was about to run out; however, she was holding a bottle of WINDEX (in an unmarked spray bottle that she found under the sink) that she had been spraying on the wood floors in the living area. After the service, I was pretty upset as my wife and I came across the different problems discussed above, but I didn't want to fly off the handle so I waited a few days then sent a message to Cindy explaining the situation and telling her that we'd have to think about using them again given the level of service on their first visit. I never received a response to that e-mail offering an apology, attempting to make it up to us on a future service, attempting to keep our business in any way or tell me to go jump in the lake. Just no response at all. I'm not sure how to reconcile my experience with the others described on this site. Maybe it was just a really bad day for them, but it was enough of a trainwreck that I can't justify using them again.
