Never on time. Stood up my daughter the night before she was scheduled and confirmed for cleaning before a big party.
Nice people but they seem to be covering too large of an area. Need at least one member of cleaning crew to speak English. Prices keep fluctuating to my daughter.
I'd be pleased and be able to have them come out bi monthly. A few weeks
back I scheduled cleaning with the owner by email. I asked if 10am on
the 11th would work and was told I was on the schedule for the 11th. No
one showed up until 11 and by that time I only had a short time before I
had to leave for work. I asked to reschedule since they were over an
hour late. The owner told me she could'nt reschedule me and that it was my fault because she never confirmed 10am as a time and that they were like the cable company and would basically show up whenever. If that were the case, an expectation of a window of arrival should have been set from the beginning or a tleast a call or email if they are running late. See the email thread below, this is not a business I'll be supporting in the future.

Me: I had you scheduled at 10 today and no one has been here yet. I need
to leave for work at 11:30, can we reschedule or can I get a refund on
my voucher cost?
Business owner: I have schedule your cleaning for 11.am
today . Any services like ATT, Time Warner, fedex, etc they never are on
time , because they have many clients at day same is my business. We
try to be on time but we can't guarantee that I know your requested
at 10am, but we never confirm that time. We are providing cleaning
before Sept 15th. Now we are currently full the schedule. Please call
living social to get your refund.
I followed up via email the evening before the appointed date/time to try and confirm, and received no response. Marisel sent me a text message 90 minutes after the appointment time she had offered (but never confirmed), apologized for not responding to my email, and said that she could get a crew out at 3pm that afternoon, an offer I accepted. The crew showed up at 3:45pm, and proceeded to do a sub-par job (e.g, didn't clean the glass door to the shower in the master bedroom - basic!).
In my original request, I'd asked for an estimate for regular (i.e., every two weeks) cleaning, but never received an answer. All for the best, I'd say, since I would never use this service again.
Poor Quality, Poor Communications, Three hours late for appointment with no call.
Stood on kitchen counter tops with their shoes, hid dirt under mats, left furniture way out of place, very rough on expensive furniture, cleaning rushed and very sub par.
"This incident happened 2007. A very bad experience with a person who took advantage of us. I was cleaning this very dirty and nasty duplex. Clean walls ? It was impossible because that walls were dirty from top to bottom. I used all the bottles of cleaners I had for clean this place. Two ladies spend almost three hours cleaning there and SHE PAID US $50 !! . I almost cried for see this kind of people .... so UNFAIR. I learned with that experience."
