Truly Clear Window Cleaning and Pressure Washing

There were no problems. They came out and did what they were supposed to do. I had a few windows added on. They charge extra, but I understood that was going to be the case. My only complain about that was when they put the screens back on the windows, they did not get the right screens back on the right window. So, they did not get it exactly right. The work they did was fine. It was just that one problem. I probably would use them again in the future.

They did a good job and I was very pleased. This was the first time I had something done and I found it to be good and neat. Everything was done perfectly the way I wanted it to be.

It turned out good and it made a big difference on my driveway and sidewalk. They got the job done in abut 2-3 hours.

Good job - done professionally.  Only problem was they forgot to do one window upstairs.  I should mention I have a two story house.

My experience with them was really good. They were very professional, nice guys and thought about business. They were concerned and willing to comeback if there were any issues or anything. They're really good.

It was great!  I'd been considering having the exterior of the house painted.  After the pressure washing, my house looked as if it had a fresh coat of paint!!  The windows looked great and all the screens were replaced correctly.  The staff was professional and respectful of my home.  My only complaint is that I never received a receipt but that's not a huge deal.

They were phenomenal. The quality of their work was terrific, they were meticulous and cleaned up after themselves. We liked their services so much we used them again in Spring 2013. I have recommended them to a bunch of people.

The big deal was for 12 windows:  we have over two dozen.    We upgraded the deal, at a discount.  Weather was bad, and we waited until weather improved.

They were okay. 

Coupon covered a lot of windows, but I had more and they looked marvelous.  Cost just a bit more to add the extras, but they came and went without disturbance and the windows have stayed great.  They clean the windows inside & out, and the frames & sills.

They were mediocre. It was not as good as another service I had used. They rushed through it.

They forgot to clean a few of the windows in my home and when I told them about it they said they would come back out to clean them and they never did.

Cleaned very well. Exceptionally friendly. Left a few drips on carpet in several rooms.

I was pleased with the window cleaning (purchased through a "big deal") and the power washing of the painted areas (additional services purchased).  The power washing of the terrace, however, resulted in the sand being blasted out between the pavers, which resulted in gaps appearing between the bricks in most places, loosening of the bricks, and resulting "sinking" of the bricks in some areas.This required us to "resand" the joints between the pavers on the entire terrace, but the gaps and the uneven level remain and will call for a complete "redo" by us in the future.  I feel this is a result of the lack of experience of the technician (not the owner) who perhaps set the power washer on too strong a blast, or directed the spray in areas which should have been treated a little more carefully.
I would use this provider again, but only for window washing.  The crew that performed this service were friendly and efficient. The owner was professional, and also followed up with some requested info at a later date, which I appreciated.  In his defense, I never communicated the problem with the terrace to him nor gave him the opportunity to do something about it.

Everything was fine. They came out and they did a good job. They had to take off the screens and they put everything back after cleaning.

It went well, and I was pleased with all the work.
