.House got struck by lightning and trilogy was supposed to fix it. (electrical, roof and chimney).
It took 3 months for us to get a new oven.
After not meeting any of the deadlines, workers not showing up and three months of waiting they supposedly fixed everything.
The chimney was still leaking and after spending 30.000 dollars of our insurers money this wasnt covered under warranty?
Johnny Nabors ended up fixing the leak for another 5.000 dollars.
TRILOGY, NEVER AGAIN!
I feel the owners are thieves and the "supervisor" working there at the time isnt any different.

As far as drying out the house they did awesome.  We have no complaints it was as stress free as possible.  For the repairing of the house it was a different story.  They did not match the trim in the bathroom, they left knobs off the cabinets in the bathroom, which are crap cabinets now not even a year later as they are peeling.  They didn't let the tile downstairs dry completely before putting the water heater back on it which in turn cracked a tile that they were going to leave until my husband called them on it, the grout in the master bath is not the best job I've ever seen.  They did do a few extras for us such as letting us buy tile and and using the amount the insurance was paying as labor in the kitchen instead of buying laminate, and they put shelves and a design in the master bath when they retiled that we also bought.

They started out great but ended up quitting on us. They were not going to inform us that they were ending the project. This went on for two months. He was very nice but it did not end well. I was back and forth with them on the phone a lot. They were supposed to restore our bathroom to its original state. They never sent me a bill. The owner called me and apologized very nicely for being unable to finish the project. There was a breakdown in communication within the company.

This company contacted me the day after my house was destroyed in a fire. I interviewed 5 General Contractors and felt Trilogy understood what I wanted and would rebuild for what the insurance company paid- not what the final insurance estimate was to rebuild. It took 5 months to get City of Austin building permits. We finally got the permits when I called the city and found out that Trilogy had put the wrong street address, wrong building zone and the wrong impervious cover. I begged for approval and was able to get permits the following day.
Trilogy did not manage the rebuilding of my home well, they did not have a superintenant on site as promised, they did not make thier subs clean up the job site, thier framers harrassed my neighbors teenage daughter and a female neighbor and they were 2 months over our timeline. They did not protect my driveway with plywood for heavy deliveries so it now has to be replaced.
Trilogy told me we were in budget to rebuild the house for only the insurance payout- now they are billing me for items that during the buld they said were in budget. We met every step along the way-we were told we were in budget for every item.
I can not recommend that anyone hire this company for any job- no matter how small. They are not honest, they do not treat thier customers with respect.
I lost almost everything I owned and now Trilogy restoration has taken the happiness I felt at finally being home after 14 months.

Trilogy brought in subcontractors to do some of the plumbing and granite work.  My wife bought the appliances online, which saved us a lot of money.  The technician who built the cabinets quit, so the remodel was pushed back, which was frustrating.

They were very responsive and took care of all of our concerns. They made a scary job look pretty easy. It didn't take them too long to complete all of the work in a first-rate maner.

They were able to able to do the job in 1 day, and they put my belongings in a trailer to store while the work was performed in order to do the job sooner. It was perfect as always! They are so good. They did exactly what they said they would do. They left me messages on the phone and email-great follow up! They are good people. Joseph Mower is project manager and checked on me over the weekend and made sure I was satisfied. It was better than good expense wise. A+ in all areas!

They work well with the insurance companies and do a decent job at finding some good prices, but the lack of communication between the workers, foreman and the homeowner was unacceptable in my book. They rarely did what they said and it took them 4 months to complete what they originally said would take 2-3 months. Handmade cabinets were well above standard, most of the final work was an acceptable standard, however the clean up, after a few attempts was well below standard.

COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!!!I was introduced to Trilogy Restoration while preparing to purchase my new 1700 sq. ft. home. Scott came out to do an estimate on repairs and remodeling as this information was needed for me to make a thoughful offer on the new property. The offer was accepted, but the closing and moving into the property had to all take place in 3 weeks. I was so impressed with Scott, the final estimate and the details of their recommendations - that I hired Trilogy immediately. They were given 7 days to complete the following: Paint the entire interior (walls, ceilings, doors, all trim), replace all the carpeting and pads, re-position the garden tub faucets, remove the gas water heater closet in the garage and re-build the platform for the water heater, thus allowing an extra 4 inches parking space in the garage, installing new hardware in the kitchen, and finally replacing 3 large ceiling fans. I actually set the day and time Trilogy were expected to be finished and leave the property. DONE TO PERFECTION!! I could not be happier... Each day Scott, and his project manager Joseph, emailed me in the mornings and afternoons with updates on their progress and called me daily with the next day's anticipated efforts. Since I was at work, Scott brought the paint and carpet samples to my office for me to make my selections (he even went and had extra keys made for me and my family since I was working and then packing in the evenings, and had little time to get them made myself). I was so pleased with the quality of workmanship, I have now engaged Trilogy to make and install pull-out shelving for the kitchen and bathrooms cabinets, build additional storage cabinets in the water closet and move some electrical outlets for better convenience. Their estimates are and quot; spot onand quot;, they are timely, professional, courteous, informative, provide excellent recommendations for superb products and placement, and the quality of work is superior to any remodeling experiences I've ever had completed. AND to top it off.....they did everything in 7 days!!! No excuses - just great work!! In Austin - they are the company to contact!! I am very particular about and quot;what I wantand quot;, and quot;when I want itand quot;, and quot;how to do itand quot; and and quot;priceand quot;!!! Trilogy and their team (Scott and Joseph) met every expectation.....and more!! Again, I could not be happier!!!!!

Trilogy was recommended by a plumbing company after we discovered a leaking toilet in an upstairs bathroom which had, over several years, caused major water damage in between walls of our kitchen and utility room. They removed the badly damaged sheet rock, worked hand-in-hand with a dry-out specialist to get everything dry, did a first rate job reconstructing the utility room downstairs and the upstairs bathroom...and the result was better than new. When I was concerned about the leveling of the upstairs floor as initially repaired, they went out of their way to double check their work and repair to my complete satisfaction--without any attitude or hesitation. They were extremely prompt and professional. Did a terrific job and excellent clean up, oversight and project management. Worked very well with our insurance company. Highly recommended.
