Everything went smooth from start to finish. They showed up when they said and did exactly what they said they would do. They were polite and respectful of our home and a pleasure to do business with. We love our new system. Highly recommend using them!

We have a home warranty policy and they sent them to me and I choose to use them. My air conditioner was not cooling the way it should. In Texas, in the summer, it is hot. I had only owned the home a year and had continuous problems with it.

I haven't had any problems since they replaced it. They are easy to work with. They were cooperative and made time to make sure that my problem was resolved. A lot of companies say they will have to come back and put you off especially if it is work through a home warranty company. They were very responsive.

Pete, the owner of the company came out within an hour of my call and took a look. I was expecting the worst. He assessed the problem and had me cold air blowing from my vents within an hour! Pete was very professional and obviously knows his stuff.
