It was time to replace pretty much all the flooring in our house. I connected with TreeHouse for a consultation and they assigned me to Betsy who worked with me selecting the products. Our project required engineered hardwood, tile and carpet. She was thorough and explained the pros and cons of each product. She listened to my concerns and guided me to the appropriate floor choices. After I took home several samples I finally made my decisions and then the work was handed over to the installation team for removal of the old flooring and the installation of the new flooring. The hardwood floor installation team was outstanding. They arrived on time, worked in a very professional manner and the quality of work was amazing. Considering that they had to remove a lot of tile as well as some hardwood and level the floors they finished the entire process quickly. Once the old flooring was out and the floors prepped the installation of the new hardwood was done in no time. I was out of town for the tile and carpet installation so the project manager Doug was on site that week. Doug was attentive and made things happen when needed. Overall the process was relatively simple considering the amount of work that was done. The quality of the products is great and we loved that the house didn't smell like chemicals after the installation. We love our new flooring and next time I need some renovation type work done I'll contact TreeHouse again.

Just that they gave me detail exactly what the job was going to entail what they were going to do and it was kind of like a line item quote. Good. Just a little better.
