We love Tree Weavers. They are true professional and care about trees. They are not fly by night tree trimmers. They know all types of trees and what is best for each kind. They fully explain everything in detail. The day of the service as things came up from plan they kept us aware. We have used them twice and from this point forward would not use anyone else on our properties in Austin. We wish we could use them on all of our properties through out the state. Call them. Use them. They are a small operation so be patient for them to schedule you but you will be happy you waited.

Besides being a reliable professional and a knowledgeable arborist, Dorian Davey of Treeweaver is a true artist and a wonderfully pleasant fellow. The work was just beautiful. The two large oaks were more than 250 years old and had never been trimmed. I was both excited and nervous until I saw the result. Then I was just excited. With some tree trimmers, it's like a bad haircut. It takes awhile to grow out and look respectable. With Treeweaver's work, it's like a really good haircut. The trees didn't look like they had been trimmed. They just looked beautiful. But knowing what we had asked the crew to do, we knew how much work had been done. The price was very reasonable, especially compared to the bid we got from a large national company. Dorian didn't try to upsell us and, in fact, pointed out that several of the steps recommended by the national company were both unnecessary and even could be harmful to the trees. Dorian and the crew did what they said they'd do and more. They have trimmed the trees at our house twice before and each time we have been more than pleased. I'm so happy we entrusted our old oaks to him, and we definitely will use Treeweavers again.

Treeweaver is a small business, just the owners, Dorian and Jackson, and two helpers. Dorian and Jackson are both certified arborists and they do their own work. I called for an estimate and Dorian answered and made an appointment for about a week later. Jackson showed up a little early and we went around the house and discussed each tree. I was impressed with Jackson's knowledge and his care for the trees. He gave me a written estimate that included the full price which was significantly less than others I'd gotten and, in fact, paid in the past. We set a date for less than week later. Dorian was on vacation, but Jackson and the two helpers showed up on time, cautioned us to be careful if we came outside, and then set to work. Three hours later the job was done exactly as we'd discussed. There was a branch on one tree overhanging my neighbor's property that he hadn't done because he didn't want to trespass in my neighbor's yard. I gave him the okay to do it, and the job was done. Jackson had to leave to give an estimate, but his helpers stayed and cleaned everything up to perfection. We have several live oaks around our small house that come into conflict with the house every couple of years. I've used four other services and have been dissatisfied with all of them for one reason or another. Jackson's knowledge, punctuality, and skill left nothing to be desired. I hope they stay in business a long time. As long as they are, they'll have me as a customer. I can't recommend them enough.

It was great. One of the owners named Dorian came to our house and gave a very thorough consultation about our old Pecan trees. He was great at explaining the techincal things in plain english. He was also very friendly and professional so we plan on hiring him in the near future.

Dorian Davey and his crew were punctual, worked hard, and did a thorough job cleaning up. We were very pleased with the results and will definitely use him again for any future tree work.

I have worked with Dorian several times over the last few years. I initially stumbled upon him as a recommendation on my neighborhood listserv. I had worked with other tree companies before, and was never pleased with the crews that were sent out/quality of work completed. It was a breath of fresh air to encounter someone who was obviously extremely knowledgeable about tree species, health, etc, and to see him return and care for the trees himself. His prices are very competitive and I've always been 110% satisfied with his service. He has helped me decide on tree species and layout with landscaping projects in the past and is overall a very personable and helpful person. I'm a loyal customer and I highly recommend him!

Working with Dorian Davey and his crew was THE BEST experience my husband and I have had from a service team. Dorian was very quick to respond to my call, as well as to come out and provide us with an estimate. I was very concerned (as someone with a horticulture background) that our trees be pruned by someone who had expertise in this field. By the way Dorian addressed my questions and concerns, I knew that he was extremely knowledgable, as well as cautious, in how he would prune our trees (mostly mature Live Oaks). He had creative suggestions for what to do with a row of Cherry Laurels that we had allowed to grow too tall and spindly, and he also was willing to remove some Nandina bushes that had become overgrown. After he had given us the estimate and had left, I remembered a couple of other things that my husband had wanted me to ask Dorian about: if he might could possibly clean our gutters AND also prune some overgrowth from neighbor's bushes that were hanging over our garage roof. For a VERY reasonable amount, Dorian added this into our contract. All throughout our time of working with him, from the first call to the last, Dorian was responsive and punctual. Both my husband and I felt that we got an incredible value for the high degree of professionalism that Tree Weavers offered us. (I might add that the guys also cut and stacked some of the wood so that we could use it in our fireplace!) They truly did go above and beyond in performing their duties. We would most definitely recommend this company to anyone who is desiring a high degree of excellence in caring for their trees. An A++++ job!

Dorian was on time and very professional. He was very gracious to answer questions we had about tree planting. Being an arborist, we listened and learned.

I really liked him. He is an arborist but he actually does the work himself which I liked. I would use him again. I figured it was going to cost what it did.

The entire interaction was pleasant and professional from start to finish. Everything I ask to be done, was. The fee charges was more than reasonable and he performed admirably. I will be utilizing his services again in the future.

Even though Dorian was busy he really helped me and referred me to someone who got the job done. He left a very positive impression and I appreciate his help and would recommend him based on his professionalism.

I got three bids to do the project. Although Dorian wasn't the cheapest, he was the only one of all three who knew the type of oak tree I have. He is very willing to share his knowledge, and what I like most is that he is a Certified Arborist who actually does the work himself -- he is a one-man show. He was able to achieve the effect I was looking for with respect to the cedars in the back of the property, and the information he gave me about the post oaks influenced my landscape design, for the preservation of the trees. Very cheerful and professional, he didn't waste a minute while performing the job. He's a pleasure to do business with.

The project was more labor intensive than originally thought. It ended up taking 2.5 days. At no time were we ever put out by the extra time. The start date was delayed 1 day due to inclement weather. Dorian and his crew were friendly, professional and very hard working. All debris was removed promptly...it looked as if they had never been there.

He was recommended by Don Gardner, a well-respected expert in the arborist. He arrived promptly, communicated well, was very knowledgeable and professional. Explained the whys and hows of everything that needed doing. Quickly provided us a detailed estimate. Was very accomodating in scheduling. Trees look very happy.

Dorian was prompt and very professional(he knows his stuff). We walked the property and he quickly identified what work needed to be performed-letting me know what could be done DIY or with a cheaper service agents(and provided references). We arranged a date, he came, he cut, he cleaned and I was happy.

Dorian at Treeweaver is a complete professional. He was timely, efficient and great to talk to. It amazed me how easily and confidentially he climbed our trees to either cut them down piece by piece or to trim dying branches. He is great and would recommend his services to anyone.

Working with them went great. I liked that they really care about the trees and what they are doing to them. They are passionate about what they do. They are very responsive and they are good about listening to what you want them to do. They went above and beyond with their service. They did a great job at the clean up.

Dorian has taken care of the trees at our two houses in central Austin. Both houses have beautiful, mature live oaks. Dorian knows what he is doing and does a great job. He is also honest about what work is worth spending money on and what is not (on more than one occasion he has talked me out of paying him to do work that I thought was needed but that would have just been a waste of money). Dorian is prompt and responsive and his estimates are right in line with his final cost. Definitely the best tree guy I've hired. Zero complaints.

Our call for an estimate was answered promptly, and the detailed estimate was very accurate and reasonable. He spent a day and a half trimming our very large live oak tree, and worked virtually without a break. He was extremely skilled at getting around the tree quickly (even to the tops of the tree where you would not think it's possible), all while treading lightly on the tree. The tree looks great, and so much healthier. He also gave us lots of good advice about how to protect the health of our trees. I would highly recommend this service!
