Excellent. Clarence Biddy came to look at the project, was very clear in terms of what he recommended we have done. Very professional. Within a matter of days we had a bid that I thought was fair. Not cheap but there was a good deal of work to be done. The crew showed up on time and did an excellent job. Trees look beautiful. They missed a couple of spots I wanted them to address and notified Clarence. He had a crew back later that week to resolve the problem. All good! We could not be more pleased. This is our second engagement with Tree Clinic and it will not be our last.

We had the treatment. Chris installed little medicine injectors around the base of the tree and returned twenty four hours later to remove them. The tree is about 2.5 to 3 feet in diameter, the charge was $347. Chris was very pleasant to deal with and very knowledgeable. He said he lived nearby and it would be easy for him to check our trees if any other problems presented. We called him back in October 2015 for an estimate on some tree planting but we didn't do the work mainly because money is tight. But he was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful during that visit as well.

They showed up on time.  It took two days for the work to be complete and they left my property clean of all debris.

We have an older rent house that had a large (over 3 ft. diameter) dead American Elm less than 3 feet from the house, very tall with overhanging branches. I had used Tree Clinic before (well pleased with their work), and even called them a couple of times just for advice (on other tree issues) before hiring them. But this was a big project with serious safety concerns, and serious cost, so I wanted to shop around. Part of the tree also overhung the next-door neighbor's house, so I had to consider potential damage to both structures as well as liability for injury to residents and workers. I contacted several companies, from large established outfits to small independents, and received quotes from less than two thousand to more than four thousand dollars. The Tree Clinic explained the entire process up front, gave me a price that was lower than any other company that I would have trusted with the job, and had no problem waiting for the go-ahead til I'd consulted with the neighbors. Once the contract was signed, they showed up when they said they would, completed the work in two days with no roof or lawn damage, and did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. At my request, and at no additional charge, they even cut the limbs between 6 inches and one foot in diameter into manageable lengths and left them by the curb for me to load up and cut into firewood for our stove at home. All in all, I was completely satisfied, and my neighbor even pitched in for part of the cost.

They have done great work for us two years in a row. The man who came, Chris Poth, is a certified arbores. They were very professional, courteous, and on time. We will continue to use them.

We work with Clarence Biddy. They are excellent. They are reliable and clean up very well after themselves. They are very careful, and they are very safe. They do a great job advising us on watering and other ways to care for our trees. They take trees very seriously.

We had a huge, old hackberry about 6 feet from our house that had a lot of trunk damage and branch inclusions that made it a serious concern. A lot of the weight of the tree was hanging over the roof of our house AND we parked our cars near it. Needless to say it was scary. We had SIX different companies come out and give us estimates, and Tree Clinic gave us the lowest estimate. We dealt directly with arborist, Chris Poth, who was helpful and informed. At times, it was difficult to contact Mr. Poth, but he always returned calls. There also was some confusion on the actual removal date due to changes in weather that affected their overall schedule.

The last time Tree Clinic was out they were great as usual. We have had them remove trees before and they really babied our trees. They were careful and thorough with them and I loved their work. I didn t mind recommending their services because their work was great every single time I have used them.
