Description of Work: I spent about an hour explaining to representative (the owner, I think) that came to my house what I was looking for in a full A/C system replacement for my two story house, the main point being high efficiency. The quote I received had no connection to my request, to the point that it was for a single unit instead of two, the lowest permitted efficiency, and totally excluded all additional work such as duct sealing and improvements that were discussed.

+ -1 moreI called late afternoon to tell them my air conditioner stopped working. They had Anthony out here the next morning. The thermostat was broken (it was very old) and the motor had burned out. Anthony replaced both. He was terrific. I've used the company for several years and am always pleased with their service and their technicians.
Description of Work: Seasonal servicing, new thermostat, replace burned out motor. The $500 included an annual contract for servicing.

+ -1 moreI called them on a Sunday. They came out right away and found the problem. They couldn't fix the unit over the weekend. But they ordered the parts and installed the units within 2 days. They checked and found that the unit was still under warranty, which saved me a lot of money.
Description of Work: Replaced compressor that had melted down. They checked, for me, to see if it was still under warranty, which it was. They took care of that paperwork as well. They also replaced the interior unit upflow heater/air handler.

+ -1 moreTheir service person, Anthony, was fast, efficient, and figured out the problem within ten minutes. He also gave a clear explanation of the problem. He had the furnace up and running (after testing it 2-3 times) within a half hour, and charged only the basic service fee. I highly recommend this company, and would use them again.
Description of Work: Ran a quick diagnostic and cleaned out a clog tube preventing the fan from circulating heat.
