+ -1 moreI hired them to clean out my dryer vent located on my roof. The estimate was $80. They arrive at my house and tell me my duct is fine, but my dryer vent on my roof was clogged (which I had already suspected and told them). Instead of climbing up on my roof and cleaning the dryer vent, they offered to use a clog breaking tool from inside the house and it would cost $300. I declined so I'm out $80 and my problem remains. Here's what they should have done--get up on my roof, clean my dryer vent, and then collect $80. I got taken. Bait and switch.
