The workers showed up on time.  I was impressed at how professional they were dressed.  They worked the whole time they were here except for a short lunch break--no goofing off.  They checked with me before installing the large stones to make sure they were what I was expecting and not too big.  The grass does not look like freshly laid sod.  The extra sod was put down on the side of the house.  I would definitely recommend them.  I received many compliments on the work they did. They are also now my new yard maintenance company and so far I have been pleased with that work also.

I met with the owner, Jared, the previous week to discuss some issues with my sprinkler system. We set up a date for the service (Monday 6 pm), so I hurried home from work that day and the guy didn't show up. After waiting a while I called to see what happened, and Jared emailed me that the guy couldn't make it. We were going to reschedule for a couple days later, but I got confused and put it on my calendar for Wednesday, the day I suggested. I hurried home from work again on Wednesday, called after waiting 35 minutes to ask why no one came, then called back a few minutes later when I realized my error after checking the emails. I had seen that the last note from Jared on Monday was that Thursday would work better. I called twice on Thursday to confirm that indeed we were on for that evening at 6, but never heard back from him to confirm, and no one ever came.

The bed looked good, but it was not deep enough. The six iris bulbs were planted two bulbs to a hole instead of being spread out. The senna was planted where the esperanza was supposed to be. When I called about making this right and about returning the large decorative pots that the three plants had been in, I got attitude, a promise to return the pots, and absolutely no action.
