First of all, thanks to everyone at Together Design and build, and a more enormous thanks to Guy Smith. Although our project was just a master bathroom remodel and some miscellaneous, he was able to get it done extremely fast. Guy and his team communicated with each step and process as they went by and could not have asked for anyone better. The finished project looks straight out of a magazine cover. Together Design and Build helped us breathe new life into our first floor by helping us refresh our kitchen, including: repainting cabinets/the kitchen island, painting walls, replacing countertops/backsplash/sink/faucet, and more. Sahar, our project manager, was a consistent and honest presence throughout the project. The bid was a fair price and the contracting process was straightforward and honest. I never felt rushed during the pre- or post-sales process. We brought a clear vision for what we wanted and Sahar and his design team helped us make small but impactful tweaks to get the most out of our kitchen refresh project. Sahar's experience and attention to detail really came through. I also really appreciated how Sahar and the team looked for ways to leave our home's infrastructure better than they found it, including updating some plumbing and electrical work for safety and longevity. Throughout the process, Sahar was extremely communicative on progress and budget. And when there were some touchups we requested, he got them done. The professional cleaning at the end was top-notch as well. We’re already starting to think about other remodeling projects around the house and Together Design & Build will be the first people we call. Highly recommend.

We’re really happy we chose Together Build and Design for our master bath remodel. Their quote was very reasonable compared to other companies that provided us with estimates. We were able to have full control over the design and products that we chose for the bathroom. Communication was great with the whole team and outside contractors. Kevin was an excellent project manager, stopping by in the mornings to make sure team members knew what tasks needed to be done and to ask for our input on various decisions. Kevin and Ido were very quick to respond to our questions. We had a small snafu with our tub delivery but Ido helped us remedy the situation and, even though it delayed us by 1.5 weeks, Together Build and Design still finished the project ahead of schedule. Their foreman, Gerber, was the main person to work on our bathroom. We found him to be very hard working, trustworthy and friendly, and his attention to detail and quality workmanship was superb. Our new bathroom feels like a spa! We would highly recommend Together Build and Design and hope to work with them again in the future.

Our experience with Together was exceptional. They helped us convert our detached garage into a guest house and we are over the moon with the results. Ido and team hold themselves to the highest standard, helped us navigate complex permitting, and worked diligently with us to get the project just as we wished. Kevin worked tirelessly to get every detail right. And above all, they are great trustworthy people, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. A few points worth going into further detail: - Efficiency: the project took a while to get going because of the permits, but once it got started, it was very fast! There was great coordination with the team to make sure things got done at a steady pace. - Excellence and attention to detail: We feel like everything was done to the highest standard of quality. The team always checked before doing anything to make sure it was done exactly as we wanted. If something wasn't up to their standard of quality, they had no problem fixing it without any issues or delays. There were continuous check-ins and no surprises. It came out perfect. - Teamwork: The team worked closely with us at every step to help us make the right decisions. Whenever we wanted to choose a material or a design direction, those were vetted and alternatives offered when it didn't work out. It really felt like we were working "Together" on the project! It really helped build a lot of trust that we were making the right decisions. They put us in touch with great specialists for things like plumbing, electrical, and framing/construction! We’re very happy with our project and we hope to get to work together again in future projects!

My partner and I bought our first home in South Austin last November and knew we wanted to remodel our bathrooms eventually. Around July, we gathered some estimates from a few different companies, but as soon as we met with Ido we felt completely at ease and trusted he would deliver on our dream bathroom. He was professional, easy to communicate with, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions and concerns. Shortly after, we signed a contract with Together Design & Build for our master bathroom and powder room remodel, with Ido as our Project Manager. At the beginning, there are a million decisions to make on layout, design and finished materials. Ido came with us to a few showroom appointments to create our vision, and offered some great guidance on what materials would look good together but also be functional, while giving us the creative freedom. The vendors he works with were excellent and very helpful - Highly recommend ProSource for tiles! After our materials were purchased, we had a 5-6 week timeline from Ido for project completion. It was a smooth experience from demo day to the final walkthrough. We didn't realize how messy and dusty a house can get during a bathroom remodel, and working from home can be tricky during construction, so we decided to travel a few weeks during construction - cannot recommend this enough! We felt safe doing this with Ido providing a lockbox for the contractors, and Ido was often onsite with them checking in on progress and providing us plenty of FaceTime calls and photos along the way. Inevitably, there will be things that go wrong during construction. For example, during the demo they accidentally hammered through the siding on our house. Ido responded so professionally and quickly took action to repair the siding. He soaked in all of our stress for us, and made us feel like his top priority. If and when there are hiccups during your project, you can count on Ido that he will do the right thing and provide a solution. I think the biggest benefit to hiring a company to manage your remodel versus independently hiring contractors is the value of time. Ido did all of the project planning and management for us, coordinating who shows up and when, delegating tasks and catching them up to speed on the project design, functionality and details. Additionally, all of the contractors we worked with through Ido were very professional and pleasant to work with and delivered on time! Our bathroom remodels turned out better than we imagined. We loved working with Ido and hope to again in the future!

Roi and Avi with Together Design & Build are amazing. We had them renovate all our bathrooms and could not be happier with the results. During a time when lead times are months out, they were able to complete our project well ahead of schedule. We hired Together Design & Build to remodel our kitchen. We interviewed multiple contractors for this project but were very impressed with Ido. Ido gave us a reasonable timeline, competitive quote and some brilliant ideas which we didn't even think about. Guest bathroom remodel. Ido from Together Design & Build is an honest contractor, and i had worked with a couple that i was not so satisfied with. Ido GC and he's foreman Gerber & Juan did an excellent job to my bathroom. They were on time starting the project at the date we set. He help me match colors and styles for the finish materials. (Tile, Cabinet, Counter top etc). He had great communication between him and his foreman. Always responsive via phone or WhatsApp. Great workmanship Was on budget, Time frame couple of days late but its totally fine :) Will call them again for my master!

I have called previous contractors to give me an idea for design and estimate to do my kitchen, but None of them came up with a solution I liked. I was referred to call Together design & build and had Roi come up with a solution unique solution that was very different from the ideas of the other contractors. I used his services for a 3D design to get a better understanding of how the product is going to turn out, we made couple of changes, he gave me a great suggestions. I’m very happy with the design and Roi’s patience to listen. I’m ready to start my remodel after the holidays and anxious to see Roi bid, so far I’m very pleased!

Together Design and Build is dishonest. All the images on their website are stolen off the internet. Here is one example: [*** Link removed ***] [*** Link removed ***] The "Kiley Project" is not their work. Every image on there can be found on multiple websites through a Google reverse image search. I would recommend hiring the contractors they used for our project directly who did excellent work - GNZ Builders. They did not pay GNZ Builders the full amount owed and told blatant lies to get out of it. We had several issues with Design & Build that we were not happy with--they forgot to take a few measurements which resulted in us not having enough tile. They were very slow to get the materials to the contractors, so our quoted 3 week project that they thought would really only last 2 weeks dragged on for almost a full month. They somehow do not include glass as part of their estimate. We did a bathroom remodel with a shower stall, so glass was an essential part of the bathroom. They did bring up that the glass would be need to be done by a "separate company" but we thought this would mean they are using different contractors for that portion. I am still baffled how a remodeling company can not include this and claim their work is completed when we have a shower that we are unable to use at the end of the project. The last day of the job, they said the work was finished. We called out some issues we saw that night and requested they be fixed. The ventilation fan that was installed had no duct and vented directly into the attic. One of the door trims was not the correct length. The contractor told us upfront that he let TD&B know about it and they told him to just cut a small piece off some other door trim and put it together, which of course looked sloppy, but they would not pay to purchase the correct size. Some things needed caulking and a transition piece needed to be glued down again, but those weren't major. The next day one of the owners (Roi) comes over to fix the issues, but has a contractor with him who we had never seen before. We thought this was weird since the same 2 men were consistently working on our bathroom for the past month, but we shrugged it off. Once the work was completed, Roi told us they would waive the final payment as a gesture of goodwill since we were unhappy about some things and the work took longer than expected. We had been satisfied with the original contractors (GNZ Builders) and had previously gotten their business card so we could hire them directly for more work. We got in contact with them after the remodel was finished and learned that Together Design & Build had told them we said we were unhappy with the work they did and were refusing to make the final payment, so they would not be get paid the full amount agreed upon. In order to try and prevent GNZ from getting in touch with us, Roi and Ido (other owner) said we were threatening to call the cops on them. (!!!!) We talked at length with the owner of GNZ Builders and learned so many lies that were told to each of us. The issue with the vent fan had been called out, but GNZ said it would be an extra cost for them to do that, so Design & Build was happy to just let the air blow into the attic. When we had brought the issue up, Roi acted like he had just forgotten to bring over the duct that was needed to vent the air outside. He and Ido told GNZ that we weren't satisfied and they didn't do all the necessary work (citing things like the door trim) and used it as an excuse to pay them less. I am so angry these frauds got any of our money and disgusted they have been able to run their business like this. There is no doubt in my mind that they have been lying and cheating contractors out of money for years.

However, here are the facts: -We remodeled your bathroom, and it is beautiful, you made the statement yourself. -We did the bathroom remodel in as timely a manner possible, 26 days to be accurate which was 5 more days than original contract. -We had a few minor bumps along the road, and worked all of them out accordingly. In response to the finished materials - we do not include finished materials in our contracts. This was both explicitly expressed in our contract with you and we discussed this with you prior to starting the job. Finished materials include glass, cabinets, tile, etc. In regards to the tile, we made a small miscalculating for the total amount of one box. However, this was in an effort to save money for you, as we didn't want you to overpay and have extra tile lying around. You are also correct, as a gesture of good will, we did waive the final payment, permit fees, finished materials. We are very sorry that you were not onboard with us bringing on one of our foreman's - but please understand that we wanted to get your bathroom completed as quickly as possible. That was our only reason for bringing on another contractor. It is not in our best interest to bring on another contractor after we have already hired one to do the same job. However, our number one priority is our client. In the past we have used stock photography that we purchased the legal rights to. To this date, our current website or any other platform does not include any stock photos and each and every photo on our website has our logo and it's our work. I hope this clears up any confusion. Once a project is completed, it is commonplace for there to be minor touch ups. Once these touch ups were brought to our attention, we immediately came the next day to make them perfect for you. The subcontractor couldn't come the next day, and it was a two man job, so we came and spent an entire day on Sunday to finish your bathroom. We are experts at what we do, and we know this is our purpose. We will continue to remodel and build beautiful homes because it is what we do best. We thank you for allowing us to remodel your bathroom, and are honored we were able to transform it into the beautiful bathroom. We were delighted to help you with the design of the bathroom before starting the project, and to go with you to the showroom and shop for materials with you. We were onsite every other day to make sure things were running smoothly. We always try to be as accessible to our clients as possible and leave all lines of communication open. After project completion, and final inspection passed, we hope you are satisfied with the final result. We carry this project close to our hearts because it was a great learning experience for us working with you, All we can do is learn from our mishaps and move on to the next thing. completed a kitchen remodel with Roi and it was a great experience overall. Roi is the type of person you want to work with, responsive, and flexible. When you ask for details or advice, he is always happy to answer. We postpone the construction due to COVID and work from home and he was understanding and flexible. When we rented another place to stay, they immediately started the work the next day Right from the beginning of demolition, we noticed a problem after removing cabinets where there was an unexpected AC fan house. Roi came up with a creative solution that avoided any re-planning of the cabinets and kept the extra space in the kitchen that we very much needed. The project took 7 more days than we have discussed, but I got exactly what I wanted, in any remodel there’s always touch-up, Roi address all of them for me. If there was an issue Roi NEVER lied or came up with silly excuses, always answered the phone which was very important to us. Looking forward to make more projects with Together Design & Build.

A short while ago I experienced a flood in my bathroom that soaked everything and required gutting the whole room and closet. This was an incredibly stressful experience. Thankfully, “Together Design and Build” along with my project manager, Roi Mazar came to my rescue, and guided and supported me throughout the entire process. Roi promised me he would not call the project finished until I was 100% happy with the entire job. He was true to his word! No matter the detail however small, he made sure it was corrected to my satisfaction. Ido and Roi remodeled both our bathroom and kitchen and they are now my most favorite rooms in the house. They were always quick to respond to all my questions and made it known every step of the way that our happiness is what matters the most. Roi created a great design and layout for our kitchen and I can't believe how he made such a small space feel bigger. I ran all my design decisions by them and am so happy I did, because we get so many compliments on both rooms. I chose Ido and Roi because they were the most professional and respectful people we met while gathering quotes. Remodeling can be stressful, so having nice people to work with makes the whole thing easier. After two remodels in two years, I would consider them friends and will happily vouch for them and provide testimonials if asked.

Ido is a thorough, responsible and hardworking project manager: was always in contact with me, visited the job site constantly, took me to see tile contractors, and was always pleasant, informative and patient. Ito handled all workers on the site professionally, was very detail oriented and had great ideas that we used. The job was completed ahead of schedule and on budget. Very satisfied and would definately rehire.

I wanted to renovate my entire Kitchen and i was TOTALY LOST!, Where to begin ? Who should i call ? Where do I buy materials ? I called 2 companies but haven’t had a “click” with neither of them. I kept looking until i found Together Design & Build. when Ido & Roi came to my house they gave me great ideas of how to improve my Kitchen. Roi showed me on a 3D Design of my future kitchen layout and how to maximize the space. By the time i approve Roi took me to different vendors he work with with a shopping list of the things we need to buy, and i got a GREAT discounts!. When the Kitchen began Ido kicked in and they both worked Together as a team, They were readily available for discussions and meetings, open to suggestions and ideas, planning and scheduling was immaculate. We open a group message and they were available for my questions at all time. I couldn’t ask for a better team to accomplished my Kitchen remodel. I’m super satisfied with Ido, Roi and the crew, i definitely recommend Together Design & Build.
