The guy I talked to over the phone was purely professional. However, the service was very different. The same spots I wanted cleaned are still there. I was told I needed to continue to treat the area with kitty litter. No soap or degreaser was used on spots. When I asked for sidewalks to be done, I was told they don't do that because neighbors might complain about the difference in the appearance of the sidewalk in front of their house vs. the sidewalk in front of my house.

My standard appointment is on Tuesday. He comes on Tuesday, because watering day is on Wednesday. He alternates twice a month. Easy to be able to get them to come when you need them even if it’s 4:30-5:00 in the evening.

His willingness to come when I needed him most. During the hot weather, when I didn’t have anybody else, he was willing to add me to his list when he had other people on his route and willing to come late in the evening time and those are some things you don’t find with everybody.

Larry does a great job and is professional, courteous and punctual.

The amount of work that needed to be done was extensive due to a great deal of overgrowth in front and back. The owner came to the house and gave me a free estimate, which I considered very reasonable considering the amount of work to be done. He communicated very well with me and let me know when he would arrive. He was on time. He actually did more work than I had anticipated, and I'm guessing he is just one of those people who take a lot of pride in their work. Lucky for his clients! I am extremely pleased with the job he did for me, and I highly recommend him.

They mowed and edged the front yard as well as our large backyard. We had an overgrown area in back. They cut back bushes and cleaned the area. This is actually the second time we have used their service and both times we were pleased with the work. We would definitely recommend them.

timely, professional, thorough

I contacted Larry in March of 2014, explaining that we needed fill dirt, sod, and some landscaping. Larry's bid was the lowest of the four bids I received, so we agreed that he would do the work. For various reasons I had to delay the stat of the project until June. Larry inspected our yard on June 6. On June 9, 3 yards of fill dirt and 3 pallets of grass arrived, as did Larry and his 3-man crew. It was decided that we needed a fourth pallet of sod, which was ordered and delivered. Larry's crew spread the fill dirt, cleaned out the garden area around the back of the pool and spread mulch, and covered a problem area at the back of the house around the pool equipment w/rock and installed metal edging. One more pallet of grass was needed to complete the job on June 12. The crew, including Larry's wife, worked long and hard and did a beautiful job. We couldn't be more pleased.

He was detail oriented, kind and a very hard worker. He did a great job clearing and bagging all of our overgrown weeds and dead plants/trees. We look forward to continue to use him in the future for our upcoming landscaping needs as well.

The company was on time professional and kept busy. They are a great company to work with.

They did a great job though he wanted to see the job and then come back and do it.

They were very good. They were excellent. I would recommend them to anybody. They did work for me that I didn't see for months. They planted some stuff and they did an excellent job. They planted some grass seeds, they've done some trenches so that the rain would not go by the house and I didn't see the results until months later. They were polite, efficient and they did a great job.

The service did not turn out that well. The guy showed up really late, it was already getting dark, and he didn't give me my full time. He said he would come back, and I called once, but he didn't come back. He was really slow, and he didn't finish, but I didn't want to call him many times. He was nice. He was supposed to do 4 hours, but he didn't finish them. He worked hard.

They were hard working, concientus and thorough.

I used a $99 AL special for 4 hours of labor and then paid an additional $140 for extra work. Work went very well. These guys are solid. They showed up on time, did exactly what I asked, very good attention to detail and great clean up. I will definitely use them again for yard work projects.

Plus they cleaned up my neighbors tree which was leaning heavy into my property and close to my house roof.

Scheduling was difficult partly due to the unusually bad winter weather this year. They had to cancel and reschedule, but that was not their fault. The yard looked great when they were done.

My experience with TLC Lawn Service worked out fine. They worked hard and did what I asked them to, very well. They took the time to do a good job.

Larry arrived the first day to discuss the work and completed the work the next day. We had to re-schedule twice do to rain and his communication with me was great. The actual work was superlative and we will use him again.

It went fine. He cut down a lot more than expected.

No one called me after the purchase and on confirmation it states they would contact me in 2 days
