Tim Minick

We've used Tim on 3 separate occasions. He's a real craftsman. You won't find anyone better. Reasonably priced. A+ on all counts.

We had water seeping in the corners of our house, where the wood siding meets.  Our siding was a very unique design.  Tim was extremely knowledgeable in diagnosing the problem and recommending a solution.  He spent time answering all of my questions along the way.  His work was well done and matched the existing siding perfectly.   They cleaned up after their work. I found his price to be very reasonable.

He was nice and reliable. He knew what he was going to do. His pricing was very good. I would recommend him and I will use his services again.

It didn't start out great, because Tim didn't return my initial call for a few days, and I had to call him again. But from that point on, I was happy with everything they did. Tim came over and inspected the job, gave me a plan of action, timetable (2 days later - very quick) and estimated for how many hours it might take. They had a bit of difficulty removing the sections of joist, which had been put in "to stay," and the heat was around 100. When I got back later in the day, the work was completed, it looked terrific, and they cleaned up very well after themselves.

Tim was very responsive and punctual. He showed up on-time to look at the job. He asked us many questions to make sure he understood what we wanted and helped us think through some of the finer points that needed to be addressed that we were unaware of. He quoted us a price that was 1/2 the price of a previous contractors quote. We scheduled the work and he showed up 30 minutes early the day he came over to do the job. He and his helper worked very diligently all day and completed the whole job plus a couple of extra little things (i.e. ensured rough opening sizes for new doors to be installed were correct) by the end of the day. He did not charge us any extra for doing a couple extra small tasks. He has one of the best work ethics of any contractor I've ever worked with and the quality of his work and price are equally as impressive!

He is really super! He does mostly small jobs but he can do big ones too. He is very reasonable. The work was superb. It was professional, clean and he is done in a timely manner. He is just great, I love his work!
